We go here nearly every summer and with one child on a trip with a friend it was the perfect condo for the three of us to have good getaway to close out the week. Clean, modern, and right beside indoor pool
Property was very clean, updated and comfortable. We extended our stay to enjoy more quiet beach, and fishing time. Would have preferred the door keypad instead of having to pickup/dropoff and use a key for entrance.
We were very pleasantly surprised with the property! Exceeded our expectations. Pictures don't do it justice. Great location. Great swimming, fishing, playing. Our family had the best stay! Amenities were a plus after being out in the sun for the kids to swim indoors and play. We would totally come back! Only thing we missed is spices lol we like to cook and that was the only thing that we had to get. But otherwise place is perfect!🏖
We had a wonderful stay! It felt like a safe environment for kids and lots for them to do. Parking was convenient and the condo was very nice. We would stay there again!
The only reason I don't give this stay a 5 stars is because of the bed situations. Everything else was great, but the beds were absolutely awful. I am not picky when it comes to rentals usually - however this was a week long vacation and rest is very important to me on vacation. The beds were so LOUD. Every small movement sounded like the beds were breaking in half. The master was particularly bad. Also the mattresses were super worn in the middle, so if 2 people were in the bed, we both were sliding down into the crevasse. The pullout couch was not much better. This made for a week of miserable sleeping. I have video proof for the owners. I really loved the location and amenities of this condo. I just wanted to warn anyone of the bed situation and hopefully nudge the owners to replace them.
Was on 4th floor and the elevator was not working. Went out a week before we checked in and manager never said a word. Very difficult for 55+ year old people with bad knees and ankles. Should have been given alternative accommodations. Overall conditions of the resort was deteriorating. Pool benches broke, grills broke and old furniture in walkway. Very disappointing. Overall condo was great. The missing elevator was very draining and ruined our vacation. Manager charges hidden fees also.

Wonderful stay for family of four.
We booked our stay only a couple of days in advance and we were looking for a quiet, relaxing, no-fuss vacation. The condo was easy to get to and had more than we expected in terms of amenities. There were chairs, sand toys, and an umbrella in the closet. The condo was clean. It was very easy for our 2 1/2 and 1 year old to fall asleep (we brought a pack-n-play for the youngest). Each room had a tv and the beds were comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach. We brought a wagon for the kids and our gear. The pool was really nice when the kids needed a break from the ocean. Nights were mostly quiet. Only one night did we hear one of the neighbors moving chairs around later than desired through the walls. The restaurant nearby (Sassy Bass) was good and convenient; we did not like the pizza place down the road (Pines Pizzaria?). Extremely overpriced despite fast delivery. Overall, if what you are looking for is a relaxing beach vacation away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gulf Shores, this place checks all the boxes. There's a Family Dollar nearby if you forget any supplies, and town is about 12 miles or a 15-20 minute drive. We would definitely return.

Cute but needed some repairs and had not been properly cleaned.
We arrived and the condo looked as pictured. The property was nice and we enjoyed walking to the beach and using both the indoor and outdoor pools. In the condo there is no overhead lighting on the bedrooms or living room. Many of the outlets were loose and the plugs would not stay in. I had noticed a few hairs on the kitchen floor, but when giving my kids a bath hair came into the bathtub from the drain. In the master, I pulled back the curtain to find several hairs on the walls of the tub and pubic hairs in the tub and on the floor around the edge of the wall and on the bath rug. There was no shower liner and there were globs of soap on the shower curtain. I called and several hours later the cleaning lady came to replace shower curtains, take the rugs, and change the bed linens. The staff was friendly but we were uneasy as we continued to find hairs arohnd the condo that weren't from us.
Not expensive, dirty unit, long walks and no working elevator!!!
You must walk atleast a 1/4 mile just to get to the beach. Add the fact that there is no golf carts rentals anywhere in this area to help carry your beach items to the beach. Believe me, dragging a shade canopy, 3 beach chairs, towels, and a drink cooler makes for a strenuous workout both coming and going from the beach. The worst part about this property is that the entire property is maintained by an HOA and not one single person you can contact for issues regarding the facility. You must contact the agency that you rented the rental from and they will “let them know”. We arrived and were goven keys to a fourth floor rental. We arrived at the complex and the only elevator to our floor was broke and out of service. During our entire stay I never saw anyone maintenance people working on it. Imagine paying for a week rental and walking up and down 8 flights of stairs anytime you wanted to go out of your room. That’s ridiculous and apparently the elevator had been out of service for 3 weeks confirmed by the security guard working there. My back and knees hurt after day 2. My wife’s knees were out the first day. The rental agency couldn’t do anything to help us get a first or even second floor rents exchange and nothing else was available. What would someone do if they were handicapped and didn’t have a way of getting up stairs. The booking info for the unit did not say it was on the 4th floor and it didn’t mention the elevator being out of service. Worst vacation ever!!!

A little disappointed
Location was great as promised. Condo was filthy Wich I find surprising because if the very high service charge for cleaning. We spent almost the first 2 hours there cleaning. Floors were sticky countertops obviously not cleaned. Mold in coffee pot growing on old grinds. By the smell it definitely wasn't cleaned after the previous tenant. Left message with no response. At least it was cleaner when we left.
We enjoyed our stay in building 4 and will stay again when we return. It was a very reasonable price. We had booked a condo in Gulf Shores for $1000 more, but when I found this one, I canceled it and booked this one. the draw back was they are doing some construction so it was very messy and the elevator worked off and on the entire time we were there. There were also dirty dishes in the cupboard, so I rewashed all dishes. There was a big stain on the pullout mattress, hopefully they will replace it. Overall, the drawbacks were not enough to keep us away. Great indoor and outdoor pool.
We enjoyed the property. Beaches were very nice. It is a bit far from town, but that is just the way it is. Elevator was broken the entire time we were there. Walking up to the 4th floor is not desirable when on vacation. The stairwell was dark, dank, and stinky. Regardless, overall, it was a good place to stay.

GREAT PLACE, POOR MANAGEMENT
I'm not one to do reviews but..... I rented this to celebrate my sons birthday and it turned out to be a disaster. Loved the condo, other then the rugs (which all need to be thrown away). Sometimes stuff happens like the main water line bursting upon your arrival and the elevator is shut down for the entire trip! Let me tell you how fun it is to walk up four flights of steps every time you need to leave the condo. (even more fun with a heart condition) These things happen, but when the property managers don't respond, then that's a problem. You call and are told you will get a call back and you never do? You call again and the same thing happens? Never again will I rent a place that has the listed management companies working for them.

The pics are an exaggeration!
First, the pool looks nothing like this! Although the listing said that there were no staples in the kitchen, I thought there would at least be salt and pepper! But we enjoyed being there. The view from the balcony looks past the parking lot to the Gulf. That is great. We used this pretty much like a hotel room - sleep and shower. Both were good!
