Beach house in the popular Surfside Shores neighborhood in Fort Morgan, AL. Great private neighborhood beach access point in walking distance of the property (about 3 blocks or 0.4 mile). This is a spacious, recently updated property that would be perfect for your next group or family gathering. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms total - property has 2 complete primary suites on the top level; 1 bedroom, and one bunk room on the main level as well as a sofa bed in living room. Abundant outdoor entertaining, eating, relaxing space on a main level deck as well as a private deck off of the master suite with beautiful views and sounds of the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve your meals. There is a laundry room on the ground level and an outdoor shower. Pets considered with breed approval and fee - pet friendly neighborhood beach.

Fort Morgan Historic Site 8 miles away.
Fort Morgan Marina is 7 miles away where fishing charters are available and popular Tacky Jacks Restaurant is located.
Several golf options nearby including Kiva Dunes Resort and Golf (1.5 miles) and Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club (9 miles).
Main Gulf Shores public beach and tourist attractions such as mini golf, go karts, shopping, etc. are still an easy drive about 20 minutes away.

The property was clean and provided plenty of towels and other essentials. The shower is amazing and the property is just a short walk from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and there was enough parking for 4 vehicles. LOVED this stay.

It was a great place to spend a week at the beach! The house was plenty big to accommodate our group of 9. Just a short walk to beach access. Will definitely see if this house is available for future trips!

Family Vacation

Our family of 11 had a great time! House was great. There were a few updates that could be done but it did not affect our stay. Location is good. We rented a golf cart for the week which was great.

Wonderful house and very comfortable

We stayed as a family of 11. Children and Adults, it was very comfortable and just the right size for us. A short walk to the beach and we really enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck. Would highly recommend this for a beach vacation

Family Getaway

The home is wonderfully secluded, offering excellent privacy while still being close enough to Gulf Shores Parkway and Orange Beach for dining and shopping. The bedrooms are spacious, and there's a great living area perfect for hosting large group dinners. Outdoors, the property is equally impressive, featuring three picnic tables and additional seating. The private beach is just a short 0.4-mile walk away. I highly recommend this home for both large groups and smaller families.

Very Spacious!

Good House

The house was great, not too long of a walk to the beach, the room with bikes and beach toys was a nice surprise. Kitchen had a good assortment of utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Bathrooms could have used more towels, there wasn’t enough for each member of our party to have a towel.

Spring break with family

We enjoyed our weekend trip with family to the Fort Morgan area. The house was nice with plenty of room for our family! The kitchen was well stocked with needed essentials to prepare meals and serve them also! We enjoyed watching movies on the big screen tv in the living room!! Beds were comfortable too! I would suggest the handrails on stairs going into the house to be upgraded to make it easier to grasp because the stairs are steep and it’s hard to hold onto the handrails.

We had such a great time on our stay!

We had a great time on our stay at this home. I had never been to Gulf Shores, so I didn't really realize until we got there that this home is in a more secluded location and not right in with all the hustle and bustle. We absolutely loved the quiet neighborhood and walked it almost every night. The beach was a little bit of a hike in the heat. But once there, it's an almost private beach, as it's just shared by just the homes in that neighborhood. The bedroom set up fit us perfectly, as we came with grown daughters, sons-in-laws, and grandchildren. While we were there, the washing machine broke, and the owner had someone there to replace it within two hours -- she was extremely responsive. Overall, I would highly recommend this home for a group vacation -- the home and location are terrific. If we come back to this area again, we will definitely stay here a second time.

Perfect Vacation Home!

What an amazing vacation we had this past week staying in this beach house. We had a large group and the house was perfect for us. Beach access was close, the layout was perfect, check-in/check-out was super easy, and the house is beautiful. The house sits off the road and neighbors aren't right on top of you. It was so peaceful. All the extras (bikes, beach toys, umbrellas, tents, etc.) were such a fun surprise. The house isn't directly on the beach but the walk isn't bad at all. We did rent a golf cart to make it easier to haul beach stuff back and forth. Honestly, the location is one of the best parts of this house. You do have ocean views from the top balcony. The house had much more than listed and was so clean too. It was nice to have so much space for our large group to spread out. We had lots of things planned to do while on vacation but we stayed around the house and beach most all of it instead. Cooking was nice and there were beyond more than expected cooking tools, pans, and dishes for anything you might need. I would for sure recommend this house and absolutely will be booking this place again. Thank you for taking such a load off our"planning vacation" worries by providing such a peaceful, clean, beautiful home!!

Nice beach location

This was nice location for our family’s beach vacation. The private beach access meant we didn’t have to share space with a lot of people. We did rent a golf cart to haul our canopy and chairs down to the beach. It is less than a half mile walk, but becomes a little much of you are carrying a load and the temps are in the 90’s. The house had plenty of room and the kitchen had all the utensils we needed. You do need to read the instructions from the owner as to what is provided and what isn’t. We did heed them and didn’t have to make trips to the store for necessities. The handle on one of the toilets broke while we were there and the owner was very quick to respond and had maintenance right out to fix it. The internet went down for the last 3 days of our stay due to an area wide outage, which was no fault of the owner. We had a couple of family members who were trying to work, but that just gave them an excuse to spend more time at the beach. The washer had a few quirks, but cleaned our clothes. Overall we had no major complaints. This is a nice location to stay for a week at the beach.

Overall, the stay was great.Family really loved it!! The neighborhood is going through lots of renovations on the road. We go down every year and stay in Fort.Morgan. I would recommend anyone to stay here. It was a great location, great house. If youAre not looking for being right on the beach, but are willing to drive to the beach. I would note that it is a little bit of a walk from this home to the beach access.That the neighborhood provides, if you're willing to walk.

Very pleasant stay.

Stayed eight nights. Took several ferry rides to Dauphin Island, went to NAS Pensacola to watch the Blue Angels, and ate a lot of great food. Enjoyed our 56th anniversary.
