We have stayed in Summer house many times. We love the location and everything about it. The room we had this trip was falling apart. There is duck tape on the vent in the kitchen and the AC sounds awful and is extremely loud every time it runs. The pull out bed is broken down and hurt my young daughters backs. The tub is coming apart. I got out a extra blanket from the closet and it had dried puke on it🤮 the floor is coming apart. The dishes or lack of is disappointing. We didn’t even have a cake pan or measuring cups to make a cake. The utensils are broken down. All in all this was the worst stay we have had in 8 years of staying at summer house. It’s not the place it’s nice it’s just this unit. It’s awful!

Not what we thought
We love the beach, no matter what area we are in. Summerhouse West we knew going was an older property. But pictures and description leads you to believe it's been updated. Not the case. Chair cushions on deck where horrible, ripped to shreds(had to put a towel over them to sit. Fridge door squeaks so bad upon opening you get to the point of hating to go into it. Laminate flooring has large splits were its shifted on floor. Bathroom needs caulk around tub and cabinets are falling apart. But it was clean and bed was comfortable. We made the most of it, due to loving the beach, but will never rent this condo again.
