Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV
Living room: Sectional sleeper sofa for two additional guests
Two full bathrooms + half bath for added convenience
Bring Your Pup – We’re dog-friendly! One well-behaved dog under 35 lbs is welcome with a $60/night pet fee. We know pets are family too.
Cook, Share, Gather – Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig (K-Cup + drip), toaster, blender, pots/pans, and all the little tools that make shared meals easy and fun.
Cozy Living Area – Curl up after a day on the sand with your crew on the comfy sectional sofa. Open the sliding glass doors to let in that salty breeze from the deck.
Free use of Washer and Dryer. There are a few pods ready for use

HOUSE POLICIES & GUEST GUIDELINES
Max 6 Guests
No Smoking
No Parties or Events
Any property damage must be reported immediately for prompt replacement/repair
Forgotten items must be reported within 24 hours to arrange retrieval (the $35 handling fee will be deducted from the security deposit)

PET POLICY
Your furry friend is welcome with these requirements:
Dog Allowed (1 under 35 lbs with prior approval + non-refundable $60/night pet fee)
- Must be crate trained and confined when unattended
- All pet waste must be collected in provided bags, sealed, and disposed of in proper trash receptacles
- No other type of animals allowed.


RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
To finalize your booking and ensure the understanding of the house rules for both safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following are required:
- Completed and signed rental agreement
- Valid government-issued identification on file
- Point of Contact form
- Security Deposit: $300 authorization hold (automatically released a few days post-checkout if no issues)

Please note that refunds cannot be provided for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, utility outages, or other acts of nature.
