Welcome to SUNDOWN, a 3,250 sq. ft., 3-level Fort Morgan beach home designed for large groups. The open floor plan allows family and friends to gather, relax, and make lasting memories. Bedrooms feature a mix of king, queen, and twin beds with sleeper sofas, flat-screen TVs, and private baths where indicated. Enjoy subdivision pool access, free wireless internet, and ample space for entertaining. Summer rentals are Saturday-to-Saturday only; shorter stays may be available in fall/winter—please contact the office directly.



THE LOCATION

If you want seclusion, rest, and relaxation then Fort Morgan is the place for you. The tranquil beach is your best friend here. You can visit the historic Fort Morgan, a great stop for families and history buffs. Nearby you’ll find the local’s favorite restaurants like Tacky Jack’s 2 and Sassy Bass. Fort Morgan Marina will give you a gorgeous bay view and many fishing charter options. Right down the road is a Dollar General for any last minute grocery needs. If you travel about 20 miles east, you will find yourself in Gulf Shores. There you will find many more restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment options.

PET POLICY

This home is dog-friendly. Guests must notify us upon booking if bringing a dog. A pet fee applies, per pet. Limit and size restrictions may apply so please inquire before booking. The following breeds are prohibited by association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull.



RULES FOR RENTING WITH A DOG

• Dog must be older than 9 months

• Dog must remain on a leash when outside of the house

• Guests must clean up after their dog

• No excessive barking
