We loved staying in this condo it was on ground level walked right out to the pool and the beach was also close we didn’t have any issues with it being loud at all very roomy and nice. We will be staying here again

First floor unit that walks right out to the pool and easy access to the beach was PERFECT for us as a family with small children. Unit was clean, easy to find, and check in was smooth. There are many amenities at the Beach Club which made for a fun vacation!

We enjoyed the condo it had everything we needed. We loved having the ground floor room with patio right by the pool and beach access right there so convenient with the 3 grandbabies 18 months, 5 and 6 years old. We will definitely recommend to others and come back!

We had a great spring break in this condo! First floor location was incredible, kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, beds were super comfortable. Lots of space for family of five. The Beach Club has a lot of great amenities to keep the kids entertained. We’ll definitely return!

This condo was exactly as pictured. Kitchen was newly renovated and very nice. Location was perfect for kids to play on the grounds and swim right outside our door. Owner was very easy to work with.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at The Beach Club. Being on the ground floor was really convenient for us for accessing the beach and pool. The unit was stocked with plenty of essentials. The only issue we had were the numerous mosquitoes that were getting in the condo. We purchased bug spray and had to spray the entire place every morning to keep them from biting everyone. Over all I would recommend this unit but be sure to watch out for mosquitoes.

Fort Morgan September 2020

We had a wonderful time here. The unit was great all around. We had everything we needed. I think the picture showed 2 bunk beds and said the unit slept 10 people but when we got there there was 2 twin beds in place of the 2 bunk beds so we had to use the pull out sofa so the unit only slept 8 people. we had one that didn't get to come so we were okay. I wanted to let you know there were tons of crumbs and trash when we pulled out the sofa bed. It had blankets that were crumbled up inside the pull out that were not clean. I am sure that is not Shannon's fault but she might want to relay that message to her cleaning company. The bed was pretty dirty and we had to wash the blankets and use it anyway. That part was not good but other than that, we had a great stay. My parents enjoyed sitting outside on the porch and being able to walk down to the boardwalk without climbing stairs. Everything else was great and we greatly appreciate your property.

The property was wonderful. Looks just like the pictures. Easy access to front of property, no hassle with elevator. Out back patio was short walk to pool and beach access was right there. The owner of this property was wonderful with communicating. She would respond immediately. I highly recommend this unit. Also very family oriented.

Very nice first floor at Beach Club

The condo is very nice and the owner is very responsive via VRBO messaging. The location is super convenient for loading/unloading and getting to the beach and pool easily. Overall this was an above average/nice rental experience but there were things that did make sleep challenging and that’s our only concern I would want to know about before booking. If you are light sleepers you’ll want to be aware that the pool is open 8am-10pm and very popular. Another issue for light sleepers is the constant trickle from the water heater at the main entrance- this will be audible to anyone in the twin bedroom, smaller Queen bedroom or sofa bed. Also any time the toilet flushes above the unit the water sound rushes down the back queen bedroom wall. The owner was contacted about the trickling water, she was aware of it and said it was a long standing issue they got used to and ignored. So maybe this will not bother you. My parent’s bedsheets were clean/new but it felt like sand was just permanently ground down into them. Same for the fold out bed linens. The unit furniture in the living room is new and is really nice. The smart TVs were great. She has a few fun games and puzzles available as well. However, the twin beds will only be comfortable for small children. They are not comfortable and very loud when you move at all. My kids opted to sleep on the fold out couch together over sleeping on the twin beds. The main/big bedroom bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen is great, has lots of everything and we were able to cook many different meals. The washer and dryer are great to have. Be sure to check the spectrum/Beach Club websites carefully before choosing your dates. There are many things not open until later in May and many things closed or only available to Spectrum Club members that you will need to purchase at additional cost. Also if you’re new to this area/Beach Club just know you’re looking at 20-30 min to get into Gulf Shores proper. But there were new dining options popping up towards Ft. Morgan. This seemed more inconvenient this trip just because so many of the Beach Club amenities were closed.

We have stayed at the Beach Club many times but this was our first time staying on the first floor….this was a game changer for us! The ease of getting in and out of the condo was amazing. Having three full bathrooms was also great. Shannon was very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this unit.
