Escape to coastal comfort at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club 3804, a bright and welcoming 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo offering 960 sq. ft. of living space and sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this Orange Beach retreat provides the ideal setting to unwind, enjoy stunning sunsets, and make unforgettable beach memories.

Step inside to a light-filled, coastal-inspired interior with plenty of space to relax. The living area opens to a private Gulf-front balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee, savor evening wine, and take in the breathtaking views of the Gulf. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals when you're not dining at one of the many nearby restaurants.

The primary bedroom is en-suite and features private balcony access, so you never miss the incredible Gulf views. Additional conveniences include a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club offers fantastic resort-style amenities, including multiple outdoor pools, indoor pool, a fitness room, shuffleboard court, tennis court, sauna, steam room, grilling area, and a private boardwalk that leads straight to the sugar-white sands. The complex features five buildings, with the first digit of each room number corresponding to its building number.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Great condo, great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The best part was being right on the beach—hearing the ocean from the balcony was so relaxing. The area was quiet, and the beach was never too crowded. A great place for a laid-back getaway.

This was our first time staying in orange beach we usually go to Florida wanted to try something different we liked the beach and how it was not that crowded but the condo was outdated and had some outside painting going on so we did not get to enjoy the patio they had the railing taped with plastic and the air in the room would half the time work even after checking the door still had to get up in the middle of the night and check on why the air was not working will definitely check into the condos a little bit Moore to see how old they are and how long it’s been since they have been remodeled probably would have not stayed there knowing it was getting painted overall besides that we enjoyed orange beach

The unit itself was very clean and had everything stocked in the kitchen that we needed. We had a microwave issue and it was resolved immediately with amazing communication! Very pleased.

Great trip!!!

Great location and perfect view of the ocean. The condo could use a good deep cleaning, but overall was clean enough. I did like that it was fairly quiet in the Condo Complex, and that was a plus. No rowdiness around. Would definitely rebook and had a great trip!!!

Great property

Nice condo with some updates. Clean. Plenty of space. Plenty of place to park. 3 pools on property was a nice surprise. Security did not allow us into parking lot to use pools or get onto beach before your room was ready, which was disappointing. Overall great stay. Would stay again.

Great place and location

Condo was clean and works well for a family. We had a couple issues that were resolved quickly by management. Property manager was always responsive. I do think the property may need some updates, one main reason would be the popcorn ceiling. We continuously found it falling onto the floor in areas.

Seaside stay

We enjoyed the property, beach access, beach view and amenities. I do not know if we will stay at this property again because of the parking. There is a $50 parking fee per car (with a 2 car limit). We had 3 vehicles. Parking created some issues. Besides that great place, beautiful condo.

Condo was great. The only issue was the bunk bed ladder is coming off the frame and it was not sturdy with someone on top. So y youngest chose the other bed on the ground. Views were great and condo had everything we needed.

Clean, comfortable and right on the beach

Check in was easy, and condo was very clean and comfortable. Had an issue that was very quickly resolved. Kitchen was well supplied and had plenty of towels and pillows. Only complaint is with the building itself and NOT the condo - the condo is non-smoking, but the building is not; we could frequently smell smoke when on the balcony, but never inside/through the vents. Would still stay there, just a heads up for anyone with breathing problems.

Fall Break 2023

I give this property 4 stars mainly because of location of the condo. It is very conveniently located to places to eat, shopping and grocery stores. The pool area and outside was tidy and clean. It is located next to a public beach access and next to a Phoenix property but due to the smaller size of the entire condo building, it made the area of beach you use much less crowded. I would have given 5 stars but then overall cleanliness of the property was not the best. The “high spots” were cleaned-bed linens, counters and floor- however the walls had stuff splattered down them in some spots and there was dust on lamps and night stands, TVs etc. I did talk to the condo manager and they said the condo was getting an overhaul cleaning the following week and new paint job as well. The size of the condo was good for our stay (4 adults, 1-8 year old). The balcony was very roomy as well, great view of the beach.

Great property for family.

Let's start with the good. - Perfect amount of room for a young family of 4-5. - Beautiful ocean and beach view. - Great location near shops and restaurants. - Seamless check-in process. - Condo was standard clean. We had to move the mattress topper a bit as there was a gap near the headboard and the mattress itself maybe could be replaced, but sheets were clean. - Decent amount of parking. - Indoor heated pool was a savior for some cold days - Several people seemed to be enjoying the tennis courts. Not so great things, - The elevators seemed sketchy the week we stayed. Members that were leaving when we arrived said that it's been that way for awhile. One was working decently, one was only working sometimes. - Our family LOVES a hot tub, it was a main reason we booked. There is NO hot tub on site. Hasn't been for a few years, so the false advertisement was a bit disappointing. - The condo does not have an eastward view, so you won't be able to watch the sunrise from your balcony, that's pretty picky though as the view is very nice. - The vacuum could use some updating. We tried to vacuum during our stay and it really wouldn't pick much up. - You have to pay for chairs on the beach if you don't have your own. Other beach VRBOs we have stayed at have supplied those so we don't have to buy them while we are there. Overall a very lovely stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to family or friends. Book with confidence and make some memories on the beach.

Daughters Senior Trip-Graduation gift

We love Gulf Shores. We have came a few years staying at different locations. I loved the location of the property. I loved the easy access to the beach and the beautiful balcony with a great table seating for me to drink my coffee in the am, do some work while watching dolphins. I didn’t like the one elevator and sometimes sharing with cleaning staff that had the wagons full of dirty linens and trash. Condo was a little smaller than I expected however worked for us this time. The picture of the second bedroom looked bigger than it was. The light above the bed in master bedroom didn’t work so we used natural light or lamps on end tables which worked out fine. Sleeps 8 but living room is smaller and only sits 4. So we pulled dinning room chairs in. There were some areas that weren’t as clean as it could be. There were some spots in bedroom doors and walls. The bed skirting looked like it hadn’t been washed and the twin bedskirt had what looked like mud/poop or something. The bedspread in master bed had “stain” of yellow/orange something. Smelled clean though. Could use some updates blinds for slider as they are breaking and hard to close at times. Dishwasher didn’t wash dishes. There were still dirty so I did them all by hand which is ok. I have to do them by hand at home (my dishwasher doesn’t work either lol). I loved that there were sand and beach toys! The kids were 18/19 yrs old but still loved taking the shovels down to the beach so that was great!

Lovely view

The check-in went smoothly. At one point, the balcony door broke, but that was addressed within hours after a phone call. The lamp in the guest room did not have a switch and so had to be plugged and unplugged to turn off and on. It was a comfortable and clean condo and the view and access to the beach were unbeatable! The pools were nice and there was always adequate parking.

There was plenty of room for my family of 5. Everything was as expected and rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The only negative was that we could not use the top bunk. The railing was loose and my daughter was afraid she would fall. However the bottom bunk had plenty of room for my two youngest to share. We would definitely stay here again
