It's time to "Seas the Moment" with this beautiful beach home in Heritage Shores Subdivision. This fashionably furnished home is a large 5 bedroom, 5 bath home that accommodates up to 12 guests very comfortably. Four of the five bedrooms (each with their own bath) are located off the wide hallway that leads to the spacious living/dining kitchen area with the Master Suite attached. A covered balcony stretches the length of the house on the north side, offering a picturesque view of the bay while the front deck faces the pool area in the center of the Heritage Shores Community. Enjoy a smart TV in the living room, TVs in 4 bedrooms and high speed wireless internet. Enjoy your very own outdoor oasis, perfect for the entire family to join together for some friendly competitions. Outdoor amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower, a pool table, a ping pong table, a putt putt course, darts, giant Jenga and corn hole under the house plus a horseshoe pit in the yard. You also have access to 2 community pools, tennis courts and easy beach access. This house has it all!
Minimum Age Requirement of 25. Rents Saturday to Saturday from March through October. Also, if you have a large group you are traveling with, check out the other Heritage Shores homes we have available.
