Unit 1-C, on level 3, features a well-equipped kitchen, dining table (seats 6), WIFI, and a washer & dryer. The master BR features a wall-mounted flat screen smart TV, a king-size bed, and a private bath. Bedroom #2 features a flat screen TV and two full-sized beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

The Space:
While this 2 BR, 2 BA condo can sleep up to 8 guests, it is best suited to accommodate 6. Although this complex is beach front, the building is situated perpendicular to the beach. Unit 1-C is on the north side of the complex so there is no beach view from the condo. However, if you open the door, and step onto the balcony, the beautiful beach comes into view to the south and lagoon to the north.
Covered parking is available under the building, with additional parking spaces along each side of Sandpiper. 2 vehicles is the maximum allowed per HOA rules.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entirety of the 2/2 condo plus all common area amenities.

Sandpiper is a three-story, low density (48 units) beach front condo complex on beautiful West Beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama! Sandpiper is ideally located in the heart of Gulf Shores on the beach, just 1.4 miles from The Hangout.

Other Things to Note:
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
