**PLEASE NOTICE-. The San Carlos Board of Directors decided that, due to the fact that we have an existing swing stage on the main roof, Valcourt will move forward with approximately eight (8) north walkway repairs (i.e. front of the building). That work will involve minimal noise and no closures/obstructions toward owners/guests.**

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

The condo was everything we expected. It was clean and comfortable. The view from balcony was beautiful. The location was great with several good restaurants within easy walking distance.
Great location with great amenities. Beautiful property with great beach front and pool. Within walking distance of great food and souvenir shopping. Unit was well equipped for our stay as we like to combine eat out and eat in. Well decorated and comfortable. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing we couldn’t overlook for a week.
Gulf Shores is so amazing and the condo was wonderful. Perfect beach getaway. The property was very clean and well maintained and the unit was great. It is becoming a bit dated and could use some updates (for example, faucets and fixtures, master bath shower stall) but we give this a "two thumbs up" recommendation if you are looking for the perfect Gulf Shores beach vacation!
We always love our stay at the San Carlos Condominium!
The San Carlos Condominium is always our preferred place to stay! The elevators, pool, location, and staff are always great. The property was clean and comfortable. The company was easy to communicate with. My only recommendation is to do completely away with the carpet in the bedrooms because they are pretty stained, and it visually takes away from the overall clean appearance of the condo.
Very clean, relaxing, conveniently located. Easy check in and check out. Door handle was a little confusing. You have to pull up instead of turn down. Beautiful views. Would love to stay again someday!
Good: The view was perfect the location was great, condo was very clean and area is safe.
Not so good: No hangers in the closet, No coffee filters, 1 roll of toilet paper.
We have never stayed at San Carlos but will definitely rent this room next time. Spotless, spacious, quiet, and convenient. No issues. Fast elevators (3). Nice pool that was cleaned every morning. Best condo on the beach!

This condo is great for enjoying the beach with outstanding views. However, several items need to be addressed: there was not a single hanger in the whole condo, iron was broken and finally the carpets in bedroom very dirty. These are minor details and did not prevent us from having a great time and enjoying the condo.
This was our first trip to Gulf Shores. We loved it!! The location was fantastic, lots of places to walk to. Beautiful beach with plenty of activities going on. There was a volleyball net and basketball goal right out front on the beach. My kids played in a bunch of pick-up games. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were really comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean from the sliding doors in the living room and master bedroom. The pool was nice too, but the water was still cold (April) while we were there so didn’t spend much time there. We’d definitely stay here again when we come back.

The stay was great and the condo was very clean and stocked well. The only issue was the living room furniture. The 2 sofas were super uncomfortable to sit on. You would sink into them so I think they must be very old or broken. That is the only issue we had the whole week.

Enjoyed our stay. Unit has been kept up. We had a small issue of the dryer not working. Called the office and they quickly had maintenance come check it out. The dryer was up and running in a jiffy. Very pleased with the quick response and repair. Seating in the living area could stand to be replaced, but understand that with rentals they go through wear and tear. The one thing that bothered me was that the ac unit is loud. I'm a very light sleeper, so every time the ac unit came on I woke up. Would certainly recommend the unit. Great view, very clear clean, and if there's an issue they'll rush to correct it.

Perfect girls weekend
This condo is in a perfect location, it's very walkable to the downtown area. The patio was our favorite place to hang out, the sun felt amazing and watching the waves/beach area was good for the soul. Wonderful trip!

My kids and I loved staying in this condo! It was very nice, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view was amazing, the location was perfect, and I absolutely loved the decor.
