SUNRISE VIEW! 7th Floor ***Full Kitchen & Living Room Hotel Suite!
Located in the popular East Beach area of Gulf Shores this one bedroom one and a half bath suite offers you fantastic views from your gulf front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck. This suite offers you a full size kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a king size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional ½ bath. This room is located on the east corner of the building offering you a sweeping view of the area.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Booking and checkin were very easy. Beach access great. Small pool, no other amenities. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Disappointed in age of unit and building for price.

Phoenix All Suites
We’ve stayed in this hotel multiple times over the years. I definitely see a decline overall. While the location is perfect, their housekeeping was nonexistent, the living room furniture needs replaced desperately, the ice maker didn’t work and the employee on duty was not very accommodating. She was too busy eating and on a personal call to deal with anyone else. This has been a great place to stay over the years, but I would reconsider staying next time.

loved the condo. despise the elevators.
Loved the condo . Wished I would have read better about what was provided . With the elevators such a crazy mess and being on the 19th floor on the complete opposite side of the car park it was very stressful to go back to the store after arriving for simple things like soap and paper towels. The condo was very spacious and pretty clean. Some dishes were not clean in the cupboard and the microwave and cabinet had something sticky on it. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay .
