Located in one of the most sought-after Resorts near Fort Morgan, this updated Gulf Shores Plantation condo has it ALL. New Owners offer this Queen bedroom, 1 bath Condo sleeps 6 with hallway bunks as an added favorite. With a Queen sleeper sofa & fully equipped kitchen, Enjoy Gorgeous gulf views from your private balcony. It's only steps away from the beach or Enjoy a cold drink and great meal at The Sassy Bass Restaurant and Tiki Bar (B,L,D), The Kiva Grill (B,L,D) or the new Coffee and Ice Cream Shop all 3 are located on the property. The Resort is 12 miles west of downtown Gulf Shores and 11 miles east of Fort Morgan and the Dauphin Island Ferry. The resort also includes 6 Outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, laundry, tennis, pickle ball, basket ball, horse shoes and Kiva Dunes golf course.

Great Family Spot

Wonderful property and OWNERS! Great pools for children and beach access restaurant next door. Wonderful place for family! Very peaceful and not crowded but still close enough to travel to in town attractions.

My husband and I stay at the Plantation resort every year in October. This year's condo provided a beautiful view of the ocean from the fourth floor. The condo provided all the basic kitchen necessities to cook our daily meals. It had plenty of blankets and linens as well as towels and washcloths. If I had to put a negative it would be the water pressure and the slow draining tub but it wasn't bad enough to not recommend the condo. We had an enjoyable stay as always.

Beautiful view and cimfortable accommodations!

The view from the balcony was beautiful and was a peaceful place to sit and relax. The condo was so clean and well supplied. We were very comfortable and able to relax there. Highly recommend staying here!

Favorite Vacation Spot

This is our third year staying at GSP! I haven’t had a bad experience yet! The condo was exactly as described. Had plenty of dishes, a crockpot, coffee maker, and toaster! Was very clean. We enjoy all the pools while we are there. Would definitely recommend!

Photos made the condo seem a little larger than it actually turned out to be for a family of 4 (boys 10 & 13) but we had sufficient room and there was so much to do at the resort and nearby we didn't do much more than sleep in the room.

Great Location and Place for the Price!

Great quieter location with a beautiful beach area and plenty of pool options. This was a great place for our family of 6. Owner was responsive to my questions. The condo size was small for a family our size, but for the price feel like it is a great option! Be sure to bring extra supplies as there is just one of each item (toilet paper, dishwasher pod, coffee pod, kleenex). There is a Dollar General close by. Great location to be away from the business but close enough to enjoy all the area has to offer!

Beachfront condo

Very nice condo located just off the beach. Had fun swimming on the property and crab hunting on the beach at night. Located not far from all of what Gulf Shores has to offer.

Wonderful Weekend Escape

We really enjoyed our stay at Escape to Serenity! The condo is clean, cozy and stocked with everything you need. I loved the full size kitchen, and we made good use of the beach cart and chairs. The views from the porch are beautiful. The beach area is lovely and spacious. We would definitely return!

Fantastic Family Vacation

We took our 4 kiddos on their first beach vacation. Perfect set up for 2 adults and 4 kids. Condo was the perfect size and a super sorry walk to the beach and swimming pools. Balcony view of the ocean and waves made for great time doesn't having coffee in the mornings. Owners were beyond helpful and friendly when looking into potential bad weather and even assisted us in tacking an extra night onto our stay. Thank you for giving us a space to make long lasting memories with our family.

Excellent experience

The following are the highlights, as too many great things to say here: locale, the condo was clean, nice decor, great amenities within the condo to include a completely equipped kitchen with everything needed for meal preparations. All appliances worked flawlessly. Very comfortable and appealing accommodations. Short board walk to an excellent beach with miles of white sand and leisurely walks. Short distance to Fort Morgan, and several trails leading to the seashore nearby. Short drive to a seafood market and to a Dollar General store. My only recommendation would be to include a broom and dust pan (and maybe a mop?), as we would have liked to sweep some of that sand we had velcroed to our feet and shoes regardless of how careful we were! Overall a wonderful condo and beach stay and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet beach getaway, especially to avoid the crowds at Destin etc.

We stayed with 4 kids under 9. As someone else said, it is small, but it works. There are bunks in the hall, the couch pulls out to a full bed & of course there is the bedroom. There's a full kitchen, stocked with basic pans & dishes, so bring some groceries. Our condo felt like we were staying at a friends, which was nice. The hot tub isn't hot, just barely warm, so don't get excited about that. But there are plenty of pools, plus the indoor pool, and of course the ocean. We brought kites & we all enjoyed flying them on the beach. Bring plenty of beach towels. It was a nice vacation.

Highly Recommend

We turned a work trip into a mini family vacation, staying from a Wednesday-Saturday in February. Upon arrival, we were impressed with the size, cleanliness and homey feel of the condo, as well as, the AMAZING view from the balcony. I wouldn't change a thing, the amenities of the resort and the condo itself were fantastic, I love that the owners supplied sports equipment because we forgot our tennis rackets and basketball at home. The ocean and outdoor pools were still pretty chilly but the kids had a blast playing in the sand and indoor pool area. The convenience of the location of the condo was a dream, so close to the on-site restaurant (Sassy Bass), the indoor pool, just across the parking lot from the beach and sports areas. The resort was 5 minutes from a Dollar General, 10-ish minutes from Gulf Shores public beach with a ton of souvenier shops and restaurants and within 30 minutes of The Track and Tropic Falls amusement/water park. We highly recommend this condo and will be booking it again, hopefully later this year when it warms up a bit. :-) 10 out of 10, and I wish I could give it more stars than 5!!

What a wonderful place for the family!

We stayed here as a family (2 adults, 3 kids- aged 6,9,16) this past week and it was amazing! There was plenty of room for all five of us in the condo, and plenty to do within walking distance, that we weren’t in there very much! The property has six pools! There is a large indoor pool and hot tub in our building and it was amazing to have during the storms. The outdoor pools were all great as well! For the adults, there is an adult only pool in front of the building, next to the beach. Speaking of the beach, it was beautiful! You must go out there for the sunsets, too! The little guys loved having an ice cream shop within walking distance. They also serve delicious coffees! The iced sea turtle is divine! Sassy Bass is a cute bar/ restaurant attached to one of the building on property. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We ate there a few times and it was great! There are also basketball and tennis courts right near our building! The owners have thought of everything to make this cozy place home. I loved that the end tables in the bedroom, as well as the bar tables in the living room had extra outlets with usb ports. That was highly convenient with everyone’s devices. The bathroom had storage bins and towel hooks for everyone’s stuff so the family could stay organized! I thought that was a great idea! The condo was super clean and inviting when we walked in! Check in and out were super easy. We would definitely stay here again!
