Fully stocked condo features equipped kitchen, living room, with sleeper sofa, in-unit washer & dryer, WiFi & cable and TVs in living room as well as both bedrooms. Private balcony with views of one of the 2 pools on the property, ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails. 1st floor walk-up with covered parking. The condo backs up to the Large Lagoon with free boat slips, a boat ramp and plenty of dock space to accommodate all your fishing needs!
