The Hangout Deck is conveniently located with less than a mile walk to The Hangout, restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. Access to the beach is less than a 3-minute walk and deeded beach access with a crosswalk at the traffic light.
Enjoy your own space with a view of the Nature preserve from the north-facing balcony (in upstairs bedroom) and a great outdoor space with a white sand backyard, picnic table, and charcoal grill.

Number of Guests:
MAXIMUM of 10 guest occupancy. Anyone over the age of 3 should be accounted for on your reservation.

ENTRY:
No need for keys! We have a smart lock for self check in. You will be provided with a unique door code for your stay.

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT:
Check in is anytime after 4pm
Check out is 10am, any check out after 10am will be charged an additional day.

BEDROOMS:
There are 4 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 10.
Bedroom #1: Main level King bed
Bedroom #2: Main level 2 fulls
Bedroom #3: Main level 2 twin beds
Bedroom #4: Upstairs King master ensuite.

KITCHEN:
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops and all the needed appliances and cookware. Coffee bar complete with Keurig coffee maker.
There is seating for six at the dining table and four additional seats at the kitchen bar.

BACKYARD:
Enclosed white sand backyard with picnic table and private charcoal grill. The private grill invites you to BBQ outdoors and enjoy the fresh air with the whole family over a meal - just remember to bring some charcoal.

#1 Main Level: Largest with seating for 4 facing North toward the beach
#2 Main Level: Small deck overlooking the backyard
#3 Upstairs: Small deck off the master bedroom

PRIVATE PARKING:
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

AMENITIES:
As common for vacation rentals in our area, our cleaners will provide a starter set of incidentals. This includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. These amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please be prepared to purchase additional items to get you through your stay.
We provide towels for bathing and bedding but please bring your own beach towels.

TRASH:
Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
There are 2 trash bins in front one for trash and one for recycling. Trash pick up days are Monday and Thursday, no need to do anything we have a service to take and replace the trash cans.

REFUNDS:
We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not offer refunds for weather, weather related issues or natural disasters. We encourage you to get a travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances including weather, power outages, illness or travel issues.

MONTHLY RENTALS: Available from November through February.

The minimum age to book is 25 years old, unless accompanied by an adult. If you book under false pretenses, you will be asked to leave without refund.
If you bring more than the maximum occupancy of 10, you will be asked to leave without refund.
