Come enjoy the beach at this popular West Beach location in Gulf Shores! Updated, spacious duplex unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Easy walk to the beach with public beach access boardwalk approximately 1,000 ft away! Newly paved pedestrian walking/bicycle path on West Lagoon Ave where property is located. Close proximity to everything Gulf Shores has to offer - 10 minutes away from popular restaurants, shopping, mini golf, etc.

The first floor has a spacious kitchen, dining, living room area, and bathroom. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed (twin over full sized). The second level has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The washer and dryer are on the ground level. There is plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles - parking pass not required. Enjoy views of the lagoon from the front deck.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

*Bed linens & bath towels provided - please bring your own beach towels.
*Kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee maker, pot & pans, etc.) and basic supplies such as plates, silverware, cups, etc. provided.
*Charcoal grill (one per unit).
*Wi-Fi and Smart tv's (no satellite or cable).
* A “supply starter pack” including one laundry soap, one dishwasher tab, small dishwashing liquid, 1 kitchen trash bag, starter roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, and mini bath soaps. Guest should plan to bring extras depending on length of stay.

Loved this beach house!

We decided last minute to book an extra night in Gulf Shores when I came across this gem! It fit all of us perfectly. The property was clean and cozy. We loved being close to the ocean and also being able to walk down to the lagoon.

Family Getaway

The home was in a great location, accommodations were spacious and offered everything we needed for our stay. It was not right on the beach, but a quick walk to the beach. The only drawback was the mattress in the master bedroom was not as comfortable as we like. However, overall we would recommend the place. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Great getaway for christmas

1st time staying in "A". Big enough for our family. Love the location for the quick walk to the beach and to the Beach House restaurant. Love how its quiet and the kids can ride their bikes without all the traffic. However I'm not sure it was fully cleaned when we got here. But we aren't crazy nit pickers either so I got the remaining stuff up. If you come at Christmas, make sure you visit the indoor waterpark and go ice skating.

Nice location, clean, spacious

Good location, quiet neighborhood easy to find, the room was clean and comfortable. Quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Only drawback to this property is that the upstairs main BR suite is not private at all. There is an overlook balcony down to the main living area that can't be closed up and there's no door on the stair leading upstairs to the suite. Other than this and if you don't need any privacy, it's a great property.

Great place to stay. Highly recommend. Short easy walk to the beach. Owner very prompt and responsive. There is a tv in the multiple bed bedroom, living room and upstairs room. No door or privacy in upstairs room. Only thing was the pots and pans weren’t the best and the grill outside is small. Be fine for a couple that was to use it but a family with several people was challenging. Over all great place to stay and have already talked about coming back

The floor was sandy when first entering the rental. I know that sand is a hassle, but this is the first time I’ve ever entered a rental with sandy floors. (We have been staying at the beach every summer for years.) there was also sand in one of the beds as well. The starter trash bag was horrible so I highly recommend not even using it. The location was good and the public access to the beach was close.

Good stay but few problems

Location was great . nice easy walk to beach . Found few issues that need attention: the plug up stairs behind the bed needs fixed, the lamp is plugged into it but I was gonna plug a phone charger into it and it was sparking so just left it alone . Didn’t have trash bags. No dish soap either. This last two things should’ve been supplied
