Gulf front 1 Bedroom 1.5 Bathroom suite with fantastic views from 7th floor at Phoenix All Suites.

One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Great place to stay

Easy to find, park and walk to many places. Noise from local outdoor music venue was a little loud first night and went til 1am but not too bad. Clean place with all necessities other than coffee filters which we bought and let. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a great location. The unit itself was ok. It wasn’t very clean, especially the bathroom! The bed was comfy, but the furniture in the living room was not & it was also very stained and dirty. Check-in was easy. Short walk to the beach & other locations nearby.

Quick getaway

This property was perfect for my husband and I to stay for a couple of nights. It is right on the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. We could have taken our kids as well since there were bunks in the hallway. It is very close to The Hangout, so you can hear the music in your room. It didn’t keep us awake though. Overall, this is a great unit.

For the price of the room...Totally wish I spent another 30-50 a night for another location. Stained up Sofa, terrible floor plan. If you're a light sleeper, need to be further away from "The Hangout" bar/restaurant. The Music and car noise goes until 1am. Loved the town and the people. Just wished I felt better about what I got for the money... Live and Learn....

Very clean, easy check in/out. The only fault I have is the latest you can check out is 10am which is a little early for me. And if you drive a bigger car/suv I don’t recommend trying to park in the little parking garage lol But very nice for a weekend stay!

Our family of four enjoyed the great Gulf-front views from the balcony & the ability to walk to many of our destinations. There were plenty of restaurants, stores & attractions within walking distance. The condo unit was old with signs of wear, but was clean & the bed was comfortable. Maid service was available & clean towels & linens provided on our second day. Pool is small, but not usually crowded. Close to The Hangout, so can hear live music. Umbrella rentals available for a fee. Small unit with limited areas for storage, but decent stay overall.

Great location for the beach

The property is in a great location . Right on the beach with stunning views. Close walk to shops and restaurants, short drive to other attractions. King bed was super comfortable. Plenty of parking and the area felt safe. The room was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Make sure to bring your own salt and dish soap . The only thing that was an issue was the noise. The Hangout next door is very loud and open u til 11pm on the weekends. We were in a room almost as far as you can get from it and could hear every song on blast. Luckily they aren’t open too late. It would have been nice to know. So we could have planned for it. Not the best place if you are a light sleeper or have a kid with sensory issues.

The hotel is in a good spot but upon arrival the room was filthy had to get them to clean it a second time the supervisor was great about getting it done pool is not as big as pictures would make it seem either.

We had a very good time here. Only complaints would be that the elevator takes forever and is tiny and very hot. Also cars at night passing are VERY loud. Other than those things the beach was beautiful and we felt safe.
