Welcome to Phoenix East II 2121, a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner condo offering 1,392 sq. ft. of coastal comfort and sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guests. Located on the 12th floor, this stunning Gulf-front retreat features breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, Perdido Pass, and miles of pristine shoreline—the perfect setting for an unforgettable Orange Beach vacation.

The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals when you're not exploring the area's many restaurants. The spacious living area opens to a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind with evening cocktails while overlooking the sparkling emerald waters.

The primary bedroom is en-suite and offers private access to the north-facing balcony. A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience throughout your stay.

With only 72 units in this low-density building, you'll appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, shorter elevator waits, and easy access to the beach and pools.

Guests of Phoenix East II enjoy exceptional resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, tennis courts, racquetball court, grilling area, gated entry, and a private boardwalk with direct access to the sugar-white sands.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Came and really enjoyed the the Condo. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing family dinner and breakfast. The veiw was great. All in all this was a excellent experience

We had a great stay at the Phoenix II. Our kids LOVED the pools and beach access was close and easy. The condo has a wonderful view of the ocean. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and had everyhting we needed. Great location.

Great Location..Great views. The only thing is the there was one remote that operated 3 tvs and the tv in the master bedroom kept going off by itself...we had to unplug it several times and wait for 5 mins per the instruction of the host but that did not work the last nuggt we were there. Additionally the furniture on the balcony was rusted...im not sure if its intentional or just an oversight.

Right on the beach

Your right on the beach. Its a smaller building so there isn't as much noise. My toddler loved the splash pad they have. There was enough room for seven of us. The condo could use some fresh paint. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again. They have the condo very well stocked and they have plenty of beach toys to use. We loved everything about this condo.

Great vacation spot

This was a great place to stay, recently renovated and great location. The interior and views looked just like the pictures. Downside: mattresses need to be replaced and you can hear chairs or furniture being moved around on the tile floor from the unit above and that kept us awake at night.

The place was wonderful! Spacious for the four of us. Not a bad walk to the beach. The pool was very nice too. The location was a short drive to shopping and restaurants.

Gorgeous View

The view from this unit is what sold us! You can see up and down the beach and spend hours on the spacious balcony. The master bedroom was not beachside, which was the only negative but overall highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect for the wife’s 50th birthday weekend. We had both our kids with their spouses and granddaughter. Condo was great and a great location. To restaurants and other activities. You can’t beat the sunsets.

Unit was clean, fully furnished and had a wonderful view from the balconies. My family and I stayed 4 nights and did not want to leave. If we could have we would of stayed two more nights. Can’t wait to come back next year. If you’re reading this review and thinking about booking, “DO IT” the search is over. I highly recommend it.

Enjoyable Property

The location, view and access to the beach are the key features of this property. The sleeper sofa was not used as the living room is already tight enough with chairs, end tables, the TV stand, and the coffee table. The "living room area" is pretty tight but the property doesn't get bad reviews from me for that as we didn't spend much time in front of the TV. Great stay for 4 adults and 5 kids under the age of 12. Would definitely book again.

Enjoyable

The Condo was in a great location. It had plenty of space for us to spread out. View from balcony was very nice and peaceful. Everything was clean except for the dishes and silverware which I’m always cautious of past tenants cleaning standards anyway so I’m not sure that’s the condos fault. Just wash stuff before you use it I guess. The beach wasn’t too busy so that was a bonus also.

Wonderful location

We are snowbirds who come to OB for an extended period of time in Feb-Mar. During our time, various friends and family join us. We prefer being by the Channel for convenience and access to both Pensacola and Mobile. 2121 Phoenix East II was a wonderful venue. Well appointed and comfortable! The view is awesome for both sunrise and sunset as well as general views of the Gulf and Bay areas. Quieter location which we appreciated. The staff there, and that of @sandsofalabama were friendly and very helpful for anything we needed. Only recommendation is that the wifi needs updating as it was inconsistent and not strong enough for the size of the condo. We will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed staying there, views, wish the bedroom would have been with a view of the ocean. Everything was great, we do not do streaming so we could not watch our football games on Saturday without having to pay for it. Thought the parking passes should have been part of the overall cost but okay. Thanks for renting it to us.

Things were wonderful. The only issue was the WiFi signal but it maybe due to the weather. Also the remote to the TV in the living room wouldn’t allow us to use certain buttons when press but I want make that an issue so we just used my phone
