Our comfortable studio condo provides you with 286 sq ft of relaxation. Beachview is located in Gulf Shores across the street from the main public beach. Beachview is conveniently located across from “The Hangout.” This condo comfortably accommodates 3 guests. It has a comfortable queen bed and a twin-size pullout from the loveseat. Our condo is perfect for a couple, a small family, or a small group of friends.

The condo is equipped with key-less entry and the code will be provided at the time of booking.

The parking pass is located inside the unit. Please place in a visible spot on the dash of your vehicle to avoid towing.

Free WiFi internet access is provided to our guests.

There is a coin laundry located on the second floor for your convenience. Vending machines are located on the ground floor.

No pets are allowed at Beachview Condominiums.

Beachview Condominiums are located within walking distance to many great restaurants such as The Hangout and other fun activities.

Check-in is at 4pm. Please do not check in before 4pm without approval. Check-out is at 11am. Please make sure to check out on time. Noncompliance with these rules may result in additional charges.

Smoking: absolutely NO smoking in the unit. Failure to comply will result in additional charges.

We wete there for the shrimp festival. It was convenient to the park, restaurants, so we never had to move the car. The toom was wrll layed out. Kitchen was well equipped. Enjoyed our stay will gladly stay again.

Nice stay

This was my first time staying in a condo and it was quite pleasant. It was clean and the floors surprisingly didn’t have sand leftover from previous guests. Management was great with communication. If I had to make any suggestions, it would be to maybe offer a pair of kitchen scissors. If there were any, I missed them. The condo was just a short walk to the beach which is exactly what I was looking for. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Another great stay at Beachview Condo.

Check in process was super easy. The studio condo was clean and just as described. The Location of this place is phenomenal and the main reason we have stayed here three times. This place is nothing fancy but is worth the price we paid.

Location keeps this property at 4 to 5 stars.

Super location. If the Hangout and the beach are your destination this place is perfect. Nothing fancy but has what you need to have a good beach vacation. You can park your car and walk to dozens of restaurants and shopping areas.

Birthday trip

My husband and I went down for a couple of days to celebrate his bday. The room was very clean, the property owner is quick to respond, and the condo was very nice. The location is perfect to walk to the beach and to dinner every night!

Very cute and comfortable place to stay! Close to the beach and plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops! We parked the first day we got there and walked everywhere! Would definitely stay again! Host answered promptly with a question I had.

Entrance and hall way can be updated and cleaned! Under bed and small corners needed more attention. Everything else was perfect for the price. That was one of the most comfortable beds

Good for the price

Room smelt of mildew. Bed had sand in the sheets. Floor mats in bathroom were soaking wet when we arrived. The location however was perfect for walking to beach, restaurants and activities. Check in/out was easy. Felt safe day/night. More like a hotel than condo.

Everything was as described. It was "ok" clean. One thing that kinda put a damper in our stay was the water shut off on our last day there as i was in the middle of a shower and it did not come back on. We had to leave so I did not get to finish my shower, unfortunately.

So close to the beach and very clean!

Perfect little room for a trip with a friend! The beach is literally a two minute walk, and though small, the condo had everything we needed so it was perfect for us. I recommend!!

the room was great overall, we had an amazing stay & it was walking distance to everything. the only complaint was communication, I tried to message the host asking about early check in & no reply for a week or even the day we checked in, I was very dissatisfied with the lack of communication. but our stay was overall great.

Perfect location

Perfect little place for a couple, short 3 minute walk to the beach, probably 8-10 different restaurants in walking distance. Dollar General pretty much next door. Parked in the lot and didn't have to drive anywhere. The room is small but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back
