Built in 1991 this property is one of the older homes on West Beach and is the East side of a duplex. There is a permanent owner resident next door.

Parking available under the condo and in the driveway for up to 3 vehicles.

1 Queen bed, 1 double bed, 2 twin beds and a queen self-inflating mattress.

Easy across the street access to the beach.

Short walk half a block to Waves Grocery and Package, shops and restaurants.

Large covered front deck with great views of the ocean.

Eat in 3 seat kitchen, 6 seated dining room, living room with large windows and vaulted ceiling.

Nice house, very comfortable. Host was pleasant and helpful. I'd stay here again for sure. Plenty of towels, ice machine in freezer.. All good and close to beach without high beachfront prices.

Close to the beach

Our family really enjoyed the hospitality that our host provided. The beach is our happy place and it was very easy to go across the street to enjoy the beach, plenty of room and really enjoyed the view from the front deck great place for relaxing and being close to everything that you would like to go see.

Spring Break stay

Spouse and I stayed with our teenagers, first time to Gulf Shores. Ideal location, convenient beach access with ice cream, convenience store and restaurant within walking distance. The property is a bit worn down and dated (dry rot in the window, front door hard to open/close, back yard isn’t usable) but the kitchen and bath are well stocked.

Quick Trip for State Track Meet

We needed a place QUICK and at the last second when our oldest got a wildcard to the State Travj and Field Meet in Gukf Shores. We only needed two nights and we didn’t want to pay an arm and a legz The owner was amazing and the check in process was sooo easy. The place was clean, the area was quiet, we were able to do everything we needed to do. Super thankful this worked out and we were able to stay here!

Traveled for Thanksgiving. Our first Vrbo ever. Clean. All of our essentials were there. There were plenty of towels!! Easy check in and out. We have no complaints!!

Property was clean and had an extremely well stocked kitchen. Excellent beach access is right across the street, and easy access to restaurants and shopping. Property owner was very responsive when we encountered a small problem.

Nice and quiet

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We brought our dog and was able to walk him on the lease with ease. First trip to Gulf Shores alone. Normally we bring all the family. This would be a great place to stay again with our kids and grandkids. Easy beach access, clean, and quiet. Short walk to the store and places to eat.

Great Vacation Spot

The house was great! Right across the street from the beach with easy access to the beach! Easy walk up or drive to area restaurant and shops. House was clean and great for family of 5. Great location

The house is in a great location across from the beach, with an ocean view from the front porch. The house is in need of some cosmetic updating but was comfortable for our stay. There was plenty of space for our group of four and we enjoyed sitting on the porch late at night as the weather cooled. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The week after Labor day

Good property. It was a good time to be at Gulf Shores as the summer crowd had gone home. The walk to the public beach was close and the traffic was minimal. Would recommend this property for a visit.

Beach Getaway

Perfect location, private beach access, close to all the shops and restaurants. Check out process is very simple and easier than most. Well stocked with beach supplies and ice. Only suggestion would be a few more kitchen items might make cooking easier.

Long Weekend

This is a great property! Perfect location, right across from beach access, and easy in and out to everything Gulf Shores has to offer! The location of the key to the property was slightly different than what the instructions said, but after a couple of seconds we found it. Would definitely stay again!

Fun times at the beach.

Rental was very well kept and taken care of. The location is great and very close to the main strip but far enough away to not have heavy traffic near the house. It is also literally across the street from the beach. I come down for my daughter's softball worlds series tournament. It's location was also great for that none of the fields were more than a half hour away. I would definitely rent this place again and suggest it to family and friends.
