Absolutely NO smoking if there is smell of smoke and/or ashes found on balcony by our cleaners you will be charged the extra cleaning fee up to 500.00

No refunds/ modifications of rates for equipment failure out of my control - this includes but not limited to elevator, pool, Satellite, internet, -

100.00 early check in b/f noon, 25/hr after- cleaners scheduling fee, Late check out 25/hr after 10am, need 24hr notice to accomidate if possible
