Gorgeous - Pools & Pickleball!

Welcome to Coastal Landing, a beautifully designed 2021-built retreat in the heart of Morgantown, where modern comfort meets laid-back coastal living. This thoughtfully decorated 4-bedroom, 3-bath beach home offers a peaceful escape while keeping you close to everything that makes the area special.

Tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, Coastal Landing provides a sense of privacy and calm. The home backs up to an expansive, lush common area, creating a tranquil, treehouse-like setting with peekaboo Gulf views. A short walk brings you to the community’s pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and beach access boardwalks, making it easy to enjoy every part of your stay without ever getting in the car.

Traveling with a furry companion? Small dogs (25 lbs. or less) are welcome, and both the home and Morgantown Beach are pet-friendly.

Snowbirds are welcome—please contact us for special off-season rates. The primary renter must be 25 or older, and guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Morgantown & Fort Morgan

Morgantown is a charming, coastal community known for its relaxed atmosphere and colorful beach homes. Guests enjoy access to:
Two swimming pools plus a kiddie pool. One pool in Morgantown is heated. However, because the HOA maintains the pool, we are unable to guarantee the status of the water temperature on any given day.

Perfect House & Great Location for Family Beach Vacay

My family and extended family (total of 7 people) met here for a long weekend beach vacay. The house had everything we needed. We loved that we could walk to the pools and tennis courts and beach. The beach was beautiful and not as busy as those closer to town. We prefer a location like this - not crazy busy like downtown Gulf Shores or Orange Beach. Yet it’s close enough to those beaches too.

We loved the space, the decorations and layout of the house! The much had everything we possibly needed to cook all of our meals! There was space for everyone and having 2 balconies was great! Bring your own beach toys and chairs and maybe your own sheets if you want a slightly better stay.

The house is well designed, well equipped, has extremely comfortable beds, and located in a great neighborhood. The property manager, Linda, is extremely helpful and responses quickly if you have any needs or concerns. She even stopped by with a special treat on Valentine’s Day. We love going to Morgantown and spending the month there in this lovely home.

Fantastic Home

Beautiful home. Very clean. Even with it being pet friendly, there were no rug or furniture stains, no smells, no pet hair. The space is big and open. Everyone had their privacy but loved coming together at suppertime and cooking and eating. The only drawback is the amount of steps to climb to enter the home and then a bunch more if you want to ho to the 2nd level. But as long as you ate aware and can handle it, its not an issue. I would advise golf cart rental to get to the beach. It's a little bit of a walk. But again, it's not to much if you are used to that kind of thing. The beach is not crowded and is beautiful. The pools are clean. Neighbors staying next door were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet and inviting. Definitely will be back. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for and this home is worth it. No regrets

Great place

Tucked away in the cul de sac was a great location. Nice and quiet. Proximity to the beach was good as well. Gail kept great communication and the place was pretty much exactly what we were expecting. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, clean house. Great location for a relaxing family vacation! There was plenty of room for our group of 9. It was nice to be in a quiet neighborhood and not in the middle of all the busyness of Gulf Shores.

Family Fun

We had a great time. The home was everything we expected and more. Super comfortable and clean. We cooked most nights and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and pools. Kids used scooters and we used a wagon for bigger things. It was the perfect place for our stay!

Family Beach Vacation

The house was excellent. Had a little excitement when the 5ft alligator came to the grass by our drive. I wish the house could have been a little closer to the beach. Children enjoyed the pool. Would definitely rent again. It was just like it said on the website.

Superb property and perfect beach

The house was super nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of room for a big family. Balconies were nice. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. Beach was great and not overcrowded at all. I would recommend getting a golf cart for transport to beach access if you have older adults in your party. Has nice pool and tennis court access. Very quiet neighborhood.

For privacy reasons in the master upstairs we brought our own door covering. I think that is something that should be addressed. Other than that everything was great! We will be back! One of the TVs weren’t working, but we called the staff and they had it resolved within an hour! Great service if it’s needed. Very professional.
