1. What linens are included. We provide 700 thread count luxury linens for the beds, bath towels, wash cloths, extra blankets and pillows, throw blankets, and a few beach towels.
2. What household supplies are provided? We provide Toilet Paper, Paper towels, Detergent, Dishwasher pods, Trash bags, Soaps and Shampoos. We try to anticipate enough for your stay but on occasion you may need to purchase some supplies.
3. Do you provide a grill? There are charcoal grills on the East and West sides of the property.
4. Do you allow pets? Lighthouse does not allow pets unless you have a service animal and can provide proper paperwork.
5. When is final payment due? 30 days before check in.
6. When will I get the address and condo info. Address will be provided in your welcome letter at least a week prior to your stay. The door code will be provided the day of your arrival before check-in time.
7. Do you provide travel insurance? We do not.
8. Can I cancel for bad weather? Cancellations due to weather will not be refunded unless there is a category 1 or above named hurricane.
9. What TV package is included? We have SMART TVs and provide the highest package that our cable provider offers.
10. Are there any days that check-in / check-out are not permitted? We do not allow check-in / check-out on Christmas Day or ThanksGiving Day.
11. Ice? Lighthouse has an ice machine in the parking garage. It accepts cards. There are also vending machines.
12. Parking? Two per reservation. Parking passes must be purchased from the business office on the 2nd floor upon arrival. The cost is $50 per car and the pass is valid through the duration of your stay.
13. What is the rental age? Lighthouse rental association strictly enforces the rental age. No one under the age of 25 is allowed to rent the property. If it is found that you are under the age of 25, you will be asked to vacate the property and no refunds will be issued.
14. Access to the pool, gym and sauna? Wristbands are picked up from the office when you purchase your parking pass. Wrist bands must be worn inside gated common areas.
15. Smoking? Lighthouse is a smoke free facility. There is a designated smoke area.
16. Check in – Check out Times? Check in time is at 4 PM and check out time is at 10 AM.

This is our home away from home so it is fully stocked and has all the comforts you would want on vacation. Lighthouse has amazing amenities and is situated in the heart of Gulf Shores. It has 5 elevators, 3 pools and 2 hot tubs so it never feels crowded even in peak season.

We regularly enjoy our condo. During our frequent trips, we ensure that everything is in tip top shape.
