We stay at the east and west locations at least three to four times a year. Perfect location for my family and me.

Great location on the beach

Beach very accessible. They view was amazing. Roomy and comfortable but, wish the furniture was updated. Centrally located for food, shopping and activities.

Great location, great view

Location was excellent. Walking distance to The Hangout and shopping. The view from the balcony was awesome. The pool could have been a bit cleaner, but not too bad. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great. The condo was really nice. The only thing that I might suggest is something is up with the AC in the condo. It was very humid and hot no matter what the AC was set to. Not sure if some humidifiers are needed or what. Since it was spring break it wasn’t bad, but during the summer months I feel like it would be too humid in that particular condo.

Get Away Vaca

The rental was clean, only minor issues like light bulbs. The communication with Sunset was amazing, when I called they were extremely nice to work with. We had an amazing time, definitely would stay I'm this room/condo again!!

Great Views!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this unit for the Shrimp Festival. The location was perfect! The views were awesome! Only a few comments on things that could have gone better. No linens for the couch/bed until I contacted SP twice, the batteries didn't work right in the remote control for the TV(we had to buy batteries) and the toilets were way too low to the ground for folks with knee issues - updated toilets (standard height toilets would have made a great difference). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Island Winds East review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My sister and I love this location(Island Winds East). But there are things the owner needs to do to keep people coming back.The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced as does the couch. The place needs a really good deep cleaning( blinds, ceiling fans, walls are dusty, floors are marginally clean.) There is bare wiring in the utility closet(this has got to be a fire hazard) Is there a way to vent the dryer other than into the condo itself? We were happy that the washer and dryer and stove hood had been replaced since last year.

Condo needs updated

The area was exactly as described, condo its self needs a lot of updates. Sofa and chairs were really stained and the refrigerator racks were rusted and dirty. I always rent from Vrbo and have never been disappointed but this time it was a let down. Overall it was an okay stay.

Iowa comes for spring break

The location was perfect. This isn't red carpet movie star hosting place. But, the location is top. It was perfect balance for my family with 2 teenagers. I would and am planning on a return trip!

Great view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room 409 had one of the best views I could have asked for over looking the Gulf. The bed in the master slept wonderful and I could look out the large window in the morning to see the waves coming in. We had a great location just a block from the Hangout which was fun. The steamer was just around the corner as well. Our stay was a great experience.

love the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location(walking distance to city park).The condo needs a deep cleaning (cabinets and blinds and under the beds, etc)and needs some upgrades(hood over the stove, refrigerator has some rust in the freezer)The washer makes a TERRIBLE noise when it is spinning; I'm surprised our neighbors didn't complain.(sounds like a subway train starting up)

Very disappointed

The management company was not very accommodating at all. I reached out that morning cause we had a sick child and was hoping they would work with us in an early check in.. they would not at all.. they said they would call as soon as we could get in, at 4 they were suppose to call with details.. never got a call..I had to call them, from there it got worse, took 45 minutes to get in. Finally got in and the condo had not been swept.. table had paper towel under all the legs holding up evenly, dishwasher still had dirty dishes, the sliding glass door was taped and you could barely open it.. picture below, it was a mess.. very outdated from what you pay for it, you could tell no one lived there or had owners, bare minimums.. not even a blow dryer. I have rented off Vrbo but I would never rent from this management company again! Very disappointed!!!

The ceiling fans & vents were full of dust.underneath the beds have not been cleaned in a very long time.the pits and pans had caked food in some of them.The wall outlets behind the 2nd bedroom is a fire hazard & only one of the plugs work !THE SOFA NEEDS TO BE REPACED,MOST UNCOMFORTABLE ON A POSITIVE NOTEWE had a wonderful time! the beds and pillows were wonderful.the bedspreads need updated many stains on them.

Reviewer Comments: From the moment we walked in and my wife smelled the smoke and we looked around at the cobwebs, dirty chairs, coffee table with missing glass, we contacted the company and advised that due to my wife's allergies and her grandson's asthma we would be forced to find other arrangements and requested reimbursement. After numerous phone calls and many delays on their part, they informed us they could not assist us since we did not wait around for them to remedy the situation, although we waited two hours.

Spring break vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect. The condo was dirty, moldy and in great need of an update/ makeover. The couch in the living room was sandy and dirty. The two chairs had water and black marks all over them. The stove is probably molder than I am and took FOREVER to heat up. I travel a lot and I have never staid anywhere that came with so little. Not with the price at all.
