Welcome to Island Tower 1702, a newly updated 3-bedroom, 3-bath condominium located in the heart of Gulf Shores, AL, directly on the pristine sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious 17th-floor unit offers an incredible view from the large balcony off the living room, where you can enjoy stunning sights of the Gulf's sparkling waters and breathtaking sunsets.

The primary bedroom and one guest room each feature a king bed, both with private baths. The master bath includes a separate shower and jetted tub, while the guest bath offers a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath with a tub/shower combination.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Very nice condo. Decor was perfect for a beach location. The spacious balcony and view was phenomenal. Beach area was also great - condo not far from the shoreline. Would stay there again.

Excellent condo and Thanksgiving at the beach!

The condo is one of the best we have ever stayed in in Gulf Shores. Extremely clean, new furnishings, indoor pool make this a five-star rental in Island Tower. Well stocked kitchen and enough towels that you don't have to wash every day. Large screen tvs in each room gives everyone a place to lounge if you just want to stay in and relax. Paula was great to work with on the rental and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

Memorable Stay at Island Tower 521

Our family could not be happier with our Gulf Shores vacation. The condo was precisely as pictured and advertised. We were pleased and excited just walking in the door. The cleanliness was excellent. We loved that 2 bedrooms had access to the large balcony. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee, watching dolphins and evening sunset. The location was a short walk to Bahama Bob's with excellent food and highly recommended. Crico's Pizza is awesome and they deliver. We will definitely book this vacation rental our next visit to Gulf Shores.

The carpet for sure could have been cleaner, and the dishwasher was in need of some attention. When we arrived there were towels still present in the washer. We have to complete the wash and dry cycle. It would have been nice to be informed that the gym facility was closed. Also condo repairs were being carried out which meant the workers commandeered both elevators on some days during our stay.

Overall the condo was great, but a few items need to be attended to. 1. loveseat facing sliding glass door left armrest has nail poking out 2. no dustpan 3. master bedroom walk in shower door won't stay closed. ( call for maintenance on Monday Oct. 3rd, never saw anyone) 4. Queen bed bottom sheet doesn't fit kept coming off 5. Great property. Personally, we felt that for the amount we paid, there should have been tissue, more than one toilet paper roll per bathroom, coffee pot filters and garbage bags. Although gorgeous, there were bugs in the master bedroom fan light. The fan made so much noise, it wasn't useable. One of the knobs in the den TV cabinet fell off. The two elevators in the building were extremely slow. Overall, this is petty, because the condo was absolutely gorgeous. We felt, because of the price we paid, however, these amenities should have been included. Thank-you.

June 2017 Stay

Our stay was fantastic!! To start it all off, the people (especially Mary) were extremely helpful in getting everything set up and offering advice on what to do during our stay. The condo is updated and nice. Very roomy and comfortable. It felt like home. The beds were so comfy and we had the best night's of sleep ever!! The balcony was the best part of the entire condo. It was like the icing on the cake. There is nice patio furniture to enjoy while hanging out and listening to the waves. We spent so much time on the balcony. (It is huge!) The views are to die for and being on the beach is phenomenal. Also, there were tons of amenities provided for you in the condo, such as, plenty of dishware and great towels! Our family had a great stay and we've already been referring other family members to this condo. I hope to return someday soon. If we ever make our way back to Gulf Shores, we won't even question where to stay. P.S. Parking garage is kind of tight, so I would suggest parking on the first floor if you c
