This Gulf Shores condo rental is located on the 14th floor and is conveniently located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants including The Hangout.

The master suite features a King-sized bed, access to the large private balcony, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower. The 2nd guest bedroom has a King bed, and the 3rd guest room has 2 Full bunk beds.

The unit also features flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms and the living room, a sofa-sleeper, a wet bar, and a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite, and a large breakfast bar. The unit will accommodate 10.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

Our full-time professional cleaning crew utilizes EPA-approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before every visit, so you can rest assured that everything is perfectly disinfected. We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
This 17-story high-rise sits complex directly on 370 feet of the famous sugar-white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. San Carlos is a smoke-free property and offers a large beachside pool, sauna, and fitness room. There is an air inflator for airing up your floats located as you walk out to the pool from the garage on the right-hand side.

PARKING PASSES
Parking passes and wristbands are purchased on-site at San Carlos at the HOA Office located on the 3rd floor. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
