GULF FRONT Hotel Suite! It is just like a CONDO!!! Phoenix Hotels

Located in the popular East Beach area of Gulf Shores this one bedroom one and a half bath suite offers you fantastic views from your gulf front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck. This suite offers you a full size kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a king size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional ½ bath. This room is located on the east corner of the building offering you a sweeping view of the area.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Please Note: The minimum age requirement to rent this unit is 25 years of age or older.

The views from this corner room were spectacular! The room itself was clean and everything that was described in the listing. The check-in process was a breeze and keyless entry to the room was great not having to keep up with a room key. This was our second year in a row staying at this facility, very convenient to everything we will definitely be staying here again!

Power went out on Saturday for 4 hours it also effected the water pressure it was very low. Elevators was broken and slow all weekend. Worst experience ever. Hotel is very old.

Nice place to stay

Nice older Condo Complex but has a wonderful view of the beach. The kitchen is sparsely furnished with only one pot, one pan and cookie sheet so bring extra if you want to cook a meal. The coffee pot leaked all over the counter but housekeeping brought up a new one within 10 minutes which was great. TV remotes were iffy, the volume controls didn't work in the living room but you do get a lot of channels. The elevator didn't work one day of our trip but thank God there was another one on the opposite end of the condo but it was slow to get to and from the from the room to the ground floor with only one working. Overall nice place to stay.
