New Property! Beautiful Duplex. walk to the ocean or Bay

This is a five bedroom with bonus room in attic, four full bath Duplex (east side of duplex only) with 2 Primary Suites and a private elevator that stops at ALL 4 Floors. This is the East Half of the duplex and has a direct Gulf View. This has a wonderful floorplan, and it sits high on a dune which provides commanding 180-degree views of the surrounding area. Gated neighborhood. The Gulf of Mexico view is over critical dunes habitat. It's just a short walk to the private beach or bay/marina. There is one VERY large room on the top floor. Marina and restaurant are just across the street. The large private beach. Which is a 5 minutes walk from the house .

Great stay for family vacation

Our family took our first trip to Gulf Shores Alabama this week and stayed at your property. The property is a short walk to the beach and close vicinity to the community pool and hot tub. I will also mention that one person in our party is recovering from a knee injury and the elevator was a lifesaver for him. There is available parking at the pool and beach access for others with such problems. The area, being at the end of the peninsula was nice and quiet. We equally enjoyed the bay on the other side of us and actually watched a couple of dolphins for quite some time there. The kids enjoyed finding a multitude of hermit crabs in the bay as well as sand crabs on the beach at night. Fort Morgan is also worth a trip and within walking distance. Jellyfish were unfortunately plentiful during our stay with 3 people in our party being stung on different days. The full kitchen had everything we needed. The listing stated each bathroom had a hair dryer, but there were unfortunately zero. We thought it was one less thing we could pack. We also used the pullout sofa beds but were short a fitted sheet, but we made do with a flat sheet that annoyingly had to be constantly retucked. Investing in additional linens is suggested. Overall we would recommend this property for others wanting to visit Gulf Shores Alabama.It is a beautiful home and we were pleased with our stay.

Family trip 2025

Everything was amazing! We had a group of people ranging in agaes 74 to 3. There was plenty of space for everyone and the elevator made maneuvering through the house easy for the elder people. We had a blast, and will definitely book again.

Beautiful view, excellent location. Lots of space and very comfortable furniture. Host was very responsive and helpful getting us to the property and helping us to be at home while on vacation

Comfortable escape near the beach

The property was welcoming, comfortable, roomy, full of light, well furnished, luxurious. It just a short walk to the community pool, and only a slightly longer walk to a gorgeous white sand beach. The excitement of the Blue Angels practicing in Pensacola is about 85 minutes away. The elevator in the home makes moving in and out easy. Altogether, a wonderful home base for our week with family.
