Newly renovated two bedroom, one bath home situated between the Gulf of Mexico and the Mobile Bay in Fort Morgan. Step off the deck and either walk two minutes the left to the ocean or two minutes to the right to the Bay! If your group wants to hang at the beach or fish or boat in the Bay then this is the perfect place to meet those needs! There are two private bedrooms. One room has one queen beds and the other has two double beds. There are two couches in the living room but they are not sleeper sofas. There is a full kitchen with full-sized appliances including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, & toaster oven. A full-sized washer and dryer is there as well. There is free WiFi and the living room has a 55” smart TV & both bedrooms have smart TV’s to watch all your favorite movies & tv shows. Local channels are available as well. The house has beautiful pine hardwood floors and tongue and groove wood on the ceilings. There is a nice, large deck that wraps to the side and has an outdoor sectional and excellent ocean or bay views! The lower area under the house has another picnic table and a swing to enjoy those ocean breezes. It's a pretty large area to just hang out and enjoy your down time! Tacky Jack's & The Sassy Bass are less than a 1/2 mile away and of course the historic Fort Morgan site is less than a mile away! You can catch the ferry there and head over to explore Dauphin Island for a unique day trip! Gulf Shores is just 15 minutes away! Enjoy the peace and solitude in Fort Morgan and head to Gulf Shores when you want to see the sites and visit the souvenir shops!
