Conveniently located on the Gulf making it super easy to enjoy the sand and surf.Plenty of room for our whole family.It was nice having the pool as an option as some days it was too windy to enjoy the beach or swim in the gulf.

Staying on the beach

This place is okay. The mattress need to be replaced you can feel ever spring in them and the mattress cover rattles every time you move. The shower head doesn’t put out a lot of water. The location is great. But overall it’s okay

Stay was Ok but definitely could have been better.Issues started when trying to get access to condo, there is no welcome email sent telling you any information about how to access the place. Get there and contact company to be told I need to go to an offsite location that’s about 20 minutes away in traffic to get a physical key instead of using a keypad like nearly every other place on the beach. Key also needs to be returned to them at their office making the check-in/out process cumbersome and inconvenient.Place itself is aging and needs some TLC. Door handle to the laundry room is broken off. Door frames/air vents have not been dusted in some time. Toilets are not fully secure to floor. Paint chipping throughout the condo. All appliances are very old, when doing the dishes as part of the checkout process the door kept popping open stopping the cycle. Ice maker does not work, fridge itself is old and does not cool properly to the point that they even have a note on it suggesting you put your perishables in a cooler first so as to the fridge does not have to work to hard to keep them cold.

Needs updating

Location of property was decent but the property needs updating. Our units doorknob seemed like it was about to fall off, all the beds are horrible hard and uncomfortable. Bedroom door to balcony has rusted and hard to open and close. None of the TV’s worked except in one bedroom. For what we paid to stay, could have definitely gone somewhere better

Pricey but location is worth it

Easy access. Easy check in and check out. Had Everything we needed to set up housekeeping for the week. Only one complaint: the beds are very hard.
