Direct Gulf & Beach Front-Amazing View-Pool-Balcony

This condo is ON THE BEACH!

Our unit is located on the 5th floor of the Legacy complex. This is a low density complex with only 23 units! Legacy 503 is a west corner unit that offers great views in all directions! This condo is beach front and has a breathtaking direct Gulf view!

Legacy offers an outdoor seasonally heated pool and direct beach access! Located only 1.5 miles from the Hangout, the Legacy is in a great location near several restaurants and souvenir shops.

Our condo is three bedrooms and three bathrooms and is a 1,350 square foot unit.

The living room has a sleeper sofa, 2 recliners, smart TV, 2 end tables, coffee table, and an unbelievable direct Gulf view! The massive balcony has an opening from the living room with a perfect view of a sunset.

The kitchen has a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, sink, and plenty of counter space to accommodate your needs! We have all the kitchen utensils, so all you'll need is food and your hungry family! We also have a dining table for six to sit and enjoy.

The primary suite offers a king bed, dresser, nightstand, TV and a private full bath that has a large soaker tub, walk in shower, two vanities and closet.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, smart TV and nightstand. It also has a private full bath that has a tub/shower combo.

The third bedroom offers queen-sized bed, dresser, nightstand, TV, and closet.

This condo has tiled floors through out and a full size washer and dryer.

Gulf Shores is a family-friendly town on the Gulf of Mexico, known for its beautiful white sand beaches, warm climate, and abundant outdoor recreational activities. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, and sunset sailboat cruises. There are beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing. Gulf Shores also has an amusement park and indoor/outdoor water parks nearby. Our city has great restaurants with entertainment for all ages! You can enjoy live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater and the Hangout.

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and safe and had direct access to their pool and beach front. We really enjoyed the living space, kitchen, and the 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Jimmy and Terry were great to work with when we had questions about how to use the fan remotes and the new digital lock on the front door. We will recommend this condo to others and will hopefully stay there again.

My wife, two teenagers, and I really enjoyed our stay. The kids enjoyed their own rooms and bathrooms. The furniture was comfortable with views of the Gulf from the living room and even better views from the balcony. Easy access to the beach through the pool area.

Great location

Overall we had a great trip. The smaller size of the building meant we didn’t have to wait for the elevator and there was plenty of parking. The condo was very roomy, my kids were happy to each have their own room and bathroom, that is hard to find in beach listings. There was plenty of seating and we never felt cramped. The unit itself could benefit from some updating in the kitchen and master bathroom.

Our weekend getaway

The condo was beautiful. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. We saw the dolphins playing in the water. The sunset was amazing. Only down side was there wasn't a frying pan kinda hard to make food without one. All in all we had a great time & will definitely be back.

Family Vacation

Mr. Garrett, was very easy to work with. The booking and paying for our stay was very easy. The condo was clean upon our arrival. We had 5 adults, so the 2 queen and 1 king size beds worked great for us. The balcony was a little small, but you are at the beach, so not much time spent on the balcony😀. We would definitely stay at this location or another one of Mr. Garrett's properties.

The beach and pool area were very nice. The condo was roomy enough but had issues with fans, freezer and noises from upstairs. Master bedroom/bath didn't cool like rest of condo. The condo is old and kind of worn and needs some cleaning and tlc.

Golf outing in Nov

Rated 4 star because of mattresses in middle and back bedrooms. Both are very "tired" and soft. Drop when sitting on mattress side is quite deep. no chairs in middle bedroom, and had to sit on mattress when putting on shoes. We had a very nice time in the condo. Kitchen and living room area are quite nice and balcony has quite nice furniture. We liked the low density of the condo building and elevator was fast.
