A Nice Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nothing fancy, but EVERYTHING you need, clean, good closets (no washing machine/dryer in room). One major gripe: no sports channels on TV!

When we arrived our unit had not been cleaned, but the property management company was excellent to work with and was able to get housekeeping out quickly. We will be back!!

Needs love

Lots of things need to be addressed. The mirror in the hall bath was not hung up, broken picture on island, leg of coffee table barely hanging on, hooks on balcony loose, stained pillows on couch. They also came to clean the couch while we were NOT there, no warning and we came back from the beach with a soaked sofa that we couldn’t sit on and our wallets/purses out in the open.

This property was the perfect size for myself and two daughters. while it was spring break, this area was definitely where families went vs college kids. beautiful beach. our pool was under construction but they let us swim in the pools next door which was great. our unit had all the beach toys you would need so don’t bring or buy any. the restaurant next door has delicious food so recommend trying that.

We had a great time during our stay here. One thing that I don’t think the listing mentions is that the condo is not located in town. It’s about 16 miles outside of gulf shores and away from any of the sites, shops, and things to do. However, we did enjoy the property. The beach is nice. The unit has a closet FULL of things for the beach. Our unit was well kept. We had no issues during our stay. Thanks for sharing this place!!

Good condo but cleaning could be better

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo functioned well and served its purpose for us. My only complaint was the poor cleaning job ahead of our arrival. When I contacted the property manager after the fact about the cleanliness, they said that we should have let them know soon after arrival. We didn't arrive until 11pm and we were out the door at 6:30 the next morning. My recommendation for anyone staying here in the future is to check for cleanliness upon arrival and contact the property manager if it isn't clean even if it's after midnight.

NEVER AGAIN! TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET

We were at the property and other guests walked in using the code at 9:00/9:30pm. The house was clean but smelt like mildew. The bed linens were dirty and had stains. There was a live cockroach in the property found during a run to check on the kids after the strangers had let themselves in. The furniture is stained and the rugs were damp. There are light switches in the rooms but they do not work, as the only lighting in the bedrooms are lamps. Electrical outlet in master bedroom had no covers and there were extension cords in rooms to plug things in. There was a pool at the property next door but none on site. The tv in the bunk bedroom did not work and when we called it was too late for maintenance so we had no tv for the kids to watch.
