It is walking distance to the Hang Out, Shrimp Fest and many restaurants. Spacious 3 bedrooms 2 bath Low density Complex, meaning no long waits on the elevator, no crowded pools. Newly furnished living room and bed rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. The dinning area seats four, with four additional bar stools. Washer and Dryer . Master suite has King - sized bed with TV. Second bedroom has queen -sized bed with a TV. Third bedroom has one double bed with single bunk on top plus single bed and a TV. Wireless internet provided.
    Amenities include Air Conditioning, WIFI, internet, BBQ Grill, Beach Front pool, heated in the winter, and Kiddie pool. Newly renovated Gym ! You get parking passes next door at Island Wind East office it’s $50 for a pass. It’s Limited to 2 passes.

This condo was perfect for our group. It is very spacious and accommodating. It is within walking distance of multiple restaurants and shops. The pool on site was always clean and Desiree was very helpful with the questions that I had.

There was only an issue with obtaining a parking pass the night we got there that was no fault of the owner, but other than that it was pretty much perfect! We loved the property and location. We walked to the hangout for our first dinner out and it was a blast! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking!

Everything from the moment we arrived until we left was great!! Entire place was organized and tidy. Beds were very comfortable and had plenty of pillows on them!! Blankets/covers were perfect too. Bathrooms were clean and living area was cozy. Giant windows in the living area were amazing. Balcony was in a perfect spot. It was shaded and we could feel a breeze come thru in there evenings. We were able to view the beach and the city street from the balcony in The evenings which was a great view !! We would definitely stay here again .

Misleading

Most things about the condo were nice and the pools and the walkway to the beach was enjoyed by all. I think I was misled by the pictures you sent me of the condo that I was getting. The reason I rented that particular condo was the wrap around windows and views of the beach. We had the condo on the backside and had no views of the beach except at one end of the patio. I think if you're on the backside and have a view of the highway you need to send that picture to the person renting that condo. It was very misleading and I would not have rented it because I wanted a view of the beach for my family. In the emails that I received with the codes to get in did not work. We had to call the owner and it was about the fourth code we had before it worked. So we stood out in 100° heat for about 30 minutes trying to get in the condo, the condo itself was very well supplied and clean and located close to many enjoyable entertainments. The pictures were very misleading of the view and that is important if you get to go once a year.

The condo was in excellent condition and we had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, dishes, silverware, paper towels and toilet paper. We could see the ocean from the window and the balcony. Very good location near all the attractions.

2023 Gulf Shores Family Vacation

The property was an easy walk out to the beach, and the layout of the bedrooms suited us well. The property was nicely furnished, and the building seems well maintained. Our only complaint is that the floors needed a good mopping.
