Beautiful Condo Steps to the Gulf!

Beautiful condo located on the top floor. Unit is a non-smoking condo that is located across the street from the beach with dedicated beach access. Located 1 mile west of Hwy 59 and minutes to nearby restaurants, shopping, amusement parks, fishing, golf and more. This unit is a non-smoking and no pets allowed unit and is not negotiable.

The complex is equipped with two elevators for your convenience, multiple grills, gazebo for picnics and a beautiful pool.

Unit has a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful furnishings, 55" TV in living area, TVs in each bedroom, DVD for each TV, XBox360 in living area, books, movies, games and more. Up to 6 guests permitted - COA rules.

Fabulous Stay

Our first trip to Gulf Shores and this was everything described! My mom, daughter and I came for her graduation trip and the condo was perfect. We could easily walk to the beach and had dedicated access. The chairs and all the beach supplies were a huge blessing and made it nice to not have to haul or buy any of those items. If coming with small kids, I would recommend bringing a wagon, but for the three of us we easily hauled everything. The beds were comfortable and the entire condo was very clean and well kept.

Great family vacation

Using Vrbo and choosing this property helped make our family vacation so easy while traveling with kids can be... not so easy. This was our first beach trip, we traveled with a 7 and 2 year old. We prepared as much as we could for first-timers. From the bunk bed with an extra pull out, which was very helpful putting our minds to rest with 2 year old that is accustomed to crib life. To the beach chairs, cooler with wheels, and toys provided. Everything was clean, well organized, expectations/rules were clear, and I had no need to contact the property owner outside of the initial booking. We are truly grateful for the amazing memories made, time shared and for enjoying a worry-free vacation in this lovely home. We would 100% recommend and book again.
