Beautiful Condo on the Ground Floor (Completely Renovated)

Newly renovated unit on the ground floor at the magnificent Gulf Shores Plantation Resort. Everything in the condo has been rebuilt due damage from hurricane Sally. This rebuild has given the condo and building a fresh look with everything being brand new.

The unit has 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bathroom, children’s bunk beds in the hall, and a queen size memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room. Due to being on the ground floor, there are limited views of the ocean, but the beach and pool are a short walk away. You will have the convenience of parking right outside the condo making unloading your vehicle easy, also no waiting on the elevator or climbing stairs. The grill is located right off the private patio, along with a grassy area for the children to play. The unit is in building 4 which has a huge dome indoor pool, large indoor hot tub, steam room, and fitness room.

The unit has a 55” smart tv in the living room and 43” smart tv in the bedroom, both have cable and free internet throughout the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, ice maker in refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, cooking utensils, linens, towels, iron, and ironing board. Housekeeping provides a starter kit, one roll of toilet tissue, one roll of paper towels, one load of dish detergent, and a trash bag. The coin operated washer and dryer are just down the hall from the unit.

Short little weekend getaway

Condo was perfect for husband & I to get away for a few days. The bed was so comfortable! We love the location it’s super convenient to almost anywhere you want to go in the area.Only two wishes that I have is that it would have had some start up coffee for the keurig & more than one roll of toilet paper.

Nice unit on ground floor

The unit was small, but nice. It's very close to the indoor pool and hot tub, which was perfect for us. Not a long walk to the beach or other pools. It was exactly what I was looking for. Would recommend.

Quiet & Relaxing

Great Cozy Condo

Nice winter getaway.

Took my wife for our birthdays and anniversary. The weather was not bad the heated pool, hot tub, and suna inside make it nice. Let just say for will clook to come back.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

This is the second year we have stayed at the Plantation Resort. The condo was beautiful, and looked exactly like the photos. Being on the ground floor was a huge bonus! We didn’t have to carry all our belongings up multiple flights of stairs like in the past. We prefer to be away from the large crowds, so the location is perfect. The dollar store nearby and the restaurant at the resort were very convenient.

Wedding getaway

This was a fantastic trip. We came down for my nieces wedding and everything was fantastic. We extended our stay an extra day and our gost was super accomodating. The room was cozy and comfortable. We could not have asked for a better trip. We would recommend to stay here 5 stars for sure.

Fabulous week

Great Stay!!!

We came in for weekend concert and enjoyed our stay at Brett’s property. He was quick to address all my questions before we made the trip down to GSP. His unit was great for my wife, nieces and myself. We ordered dinner on site at The Sassy Bass Island Grill and it was great also. Strongly recommend Brett’s unit because it’s on the bottom floor with easy patio access and a short walk to the beautiful beach.

Great place and great location!

We stayed for 4 days in the beginning of October and it was perfection! My children (ages 11 and 7) loved the location and how close we were to the beach! The property has so much to do- we played tennis, went in the hot tub, sat in the sauna, and enjoyed the beautiful beach! The condo is small but clean and tastefully done! My littles did end up sleeping on the pull out couch instead of the bunk beds because I was afraid of them falling out without a railing- but it was a great little spot for them to read and chill out after a great day at the beach! We will definitely be back!

Perfect location at a great price!

Everything was wonderful. I (44) stayed with my 2 children (5&16) and my mother (75). We have never stayed at Fort Morgan Beach but I’ll definitely be back. It was nowhere near as crowded as the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. My 16y/o daughter is special needs having mainly mobility issues so I usually have to book first floor easily accessible locations for vacation. I was able to contact Brett and ask questions regarding walking distance/difficulty to get to the beach. Often times when we book vacations we have to wait for changes to be made in order to accommodate our daughter even though we make needs clear when we make reservations. This time everything was perfect just as Brett described. It was a relatively short easy walk to the pool and beach. The facility was more than we hoped and the condo was amazing. Especially considering the very reasonable price. We found the condo to be clean & stocked with everything we needed. I bragged to my husband about everything. I look forward to hopefully returning with my husband in the near future. Thanks Brett!!!!
