Get ready for beach time fun at the Beach Ninja! We have everything you need for your family to have an amazing and comfortable stay. Our family-friendly beach house has something for everyone. We have lots of baby gear and toys for the kids. The home has been updated in 2022 and has all the comforts of home. You will truly find relaxation and fun at the Beach Ninja!

We have 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: king-size bed
Bedroom 2: queen-size bed
Bedroom 3: 2 double-size beds
Living room: 2 comfortable sleeper sofas.
We can comfortably sleep 8-10 people. We provide all linens and towels for your stay. Please bring your own beach towels!

For the Baby/Kids:
Our house is super baby-friendly and includes a pack and play, booster dining seat, baby dishware + utensils, blackout shades, a sound machine, books, lots of board games, a baby bathtub, beach toys, and more!

The kitchen has a full-size fridge and a dishwasher too! We have a convection microwave oven, toaster oven, blender, crock pot, full-size coffee maker, and countertop Keurig with milk frother. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, cooking utensils, and everything else you should need for a short stay! We have a laundry and dryer downstairs.

We have beach toys, a beach wagon, and lots of outdoor chairs. Plus we have 2 outdoor showers (that have hot and cold water!!). Please bring your own tent if needed.

1 Flight of stairs into the house | Electronic front door lock with a unique combination for each stay | Check-in details sent the day before arrival

Use all furniture, appliances, and home goods as intended | no parties or large events | no smoking/vaping indoors | no illegal uses allowed | no drugs allowed | no fireworks allowed onsite

Rules for Dogs:
Dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $100 and prior approval. Pets must be completely house-trained. Dogs must be on an oral flea and tick preventative and be up to date on vaccinations. No dogs on the bed or furniture. Please remember to clean up after your pet. Dogs will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out, and will not be left unattended on the patio or yard. No cats, birds, pot-bellied pigs, lizards, or snakes are allowed. There may be an additional cleaning fee of $500 if the property is found dirty.

IMPORTANT: We do not refund for things beyond our control which includes weather (red tide, hurricanes) or other causes (covid etc.) Please purchase travel insurance if you feel this might impact your stay. Our cancellation policy is strict and important.

We're in a tropical climate. We have all walks of nature including mosquitos, ants, geckos, bugs, etc, etc. We have pest control that sprays periodically but that does not stop nature 100%. Because of this, we don't offer discounts or refunds for environmental surprises that we cannot control.

A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours after booking.
