Beach View 12 Affordable and Cozy Getaway

This two-story private condo is nestled where Gulf Shores meets the Gulf State Park. With 2 front balconies, you have a great view of the water. A back balcony also provides an additional space to enjoy coffee in the mornings or cocktails at night. The kitchen adjoins the sitting area on the first floor and makes a great place to enjoy socializing while you cook. With a nook, 4 stools at the bar, and stainless steel appliances you can enjoy friends, family and food all together. The upstairs living room is roomy and showcases a 70 inch TV for indoor entertainment. Overall, this is a very affordable way to enjoy time at the Gulf Coast!

Cozy Getaway

We enjoyed our stay! Easy process to check in and the owners were very communicative. The condo was clean and in a quiet area. We would definitely stay again!

Loved the location. Nice condo. What was missing was a working ice maker and chilled water from the refrigerator. AC was very good and balcony view was a delight.

Excellent for the discounted price.

Overall, it was clean but there were a fee loose knobs and sand here and there. That is expected though. I would stay again.

I can’t,everything was the best

We loved everything about the place. The air conditioning was amazing and the people there were great. The water pressure and toilets worked great , there’s nothing wrong at all with our stay. I only thing,and I mean the only thing I didn’t like was that I missed the turn in to the condos all most everytime but I guess that was my thought. I couldn’t pay attention , to much to look at.i had a blast and my two teen age girls did to.cant wait for next year. Oh and Patrick who I never met was great in helping me out , and the lady , I can’t remember her name, she was the nice person ever. So all im trying to say is ,everything about the trip was was great
