Come stay in our newly renovated, beach-front condo that sits on the 7th floor in the charming condominiums of Island Royale. This cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway from the day to day grind. Enjoy sitting on the private balcony overlooking the stunning views of the white sanded beach of Gulf Shores and listen to the waves crashing on the shore.

The Master Suite features a King bed, TV, closet space, balcony access and a private bathroom. The second bedroom comes with a Queen bed, TV, closet space, and shared bathroom access. Living area includes plenty of optional seating, a sofa-sleeper, entertainment center with games, TV, and balcony access. The condo can accommodate 6 guests comfortably, with additional sleeping available on the new pull-out couch in the living area. The kitchen comes equipped with all the necessities, including a coffee bar for you to partake while you enjoy your one-of-a-kind morning view. Laundry room is available in the condo and complimentary laundry pods will be provided.

Our top-of-the-line cleaning crew comes in after each guest to ensure the condo is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next visit. Cleaning is of the upmost importance and that is why our cleaning crew is given plenty of time between stays to meticulously clean the condo and help provide you with the peace of mind that you are safely taken care of.

Complex amenities include: WIFI, indoor/outdoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub, kiddie pool, Fitness area, sauna, steam room, BBQ area, beach access, guest parking, and on-site security guard. Perfect for a family of 4

The condo was great for our family of 4. It has everything you need for a great beach experience. Great view, nice sandy beach, plenty of room, clean and well appointed. The property owner is great to deal with and was super quick to respond to any questions. We would stay here again for sure.

Great Place to Enjoy Beach

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay - balcony view & furniture were wonderful - spent lots of time reading & eating out there. Condo was well accessorized & furnished - especially loved coffee set-up & TV alternatives. Walk-in shower was a real plus. Condo was convenient to beach & restaurants. Only disappointment was that both beds/mattresses were sub-par for premium-priced condo.

This was just amazing! Everything about it! The location and condo was perfect! The property manager was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The location is right on the beach. The balcony and view is priceless! It was clean and had everything we needed. I have nothing bad to say about the entire time we stayed there!

It is a very nice place. Convenient to the beach and restaurants/shops.

I did send him a text to let him know something was spilled on top of the dryer and in the floor. We just worked around it. When you clean the dryer, I’d think about a new one? We were woke up twice by the firs alarm. Second morning at 2:15 am am a couple of mornings after around 6.00am. I like the place and location, but these other things will make me think about a return trip.

Beautiful Condo/Beautiful Location

We are from Alabama, so it's always nice to take a quick getaway for a couple of days. This one ranks up there with the best! This condo is absolutely gorgeous and sparkling clean! It appears to be newly renovated. Beautiful decor, very nicely appointed kitchen and even a coffee bar, FULLY STOCKED! My husband was super excited about this. King size bed was super comfortable and both bathrooms were very spacious with the huge master shower being a plus! But, the best part.....and the reason for the trip....was the view of the ocean and beach from the large balcony! We were blessed with two beautiful days of sunshine. Justin was a great host, although we never had to contact him because we had zero issues. He communicated everything we needed ahead of our trip. The only negative part of our stay was having to leave! Rent this one when it's available! You will be glad you did.
