Unit 4-A is the lower level of a charming duplex within the quiet Spinnaker Pointe community, a boutique development of only 10 total residences. Thoughtfully renovated in March 2020, the home was completely refreshed with new paint, updated furnishings, stylish décor, and comfortable new bedding. Professionally designed in a bright coastal-chic aesthetic, the space immediately sets the tone for a relaxed, welcoming beach getaway.



This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and offers a seamless blend of functionality and coastal style. The fully equipped kitchen includes upgraded cookware and all the essentials needed for preparing meals at home.

Primary Bedroom: King bed, private en-suite bath, and direct balcony access

Bedroom 3: Trundle setup with a full bed, twin top bunk, and an additional pull-out single—perfect for kids or flexible sleeping arrangements

Important Note: This condo does not have an elevator. Guests should be prepared to climb one flight of stairs to access the unit.

There is a great coffee spot (West Beach Coffee House) and convenience store (Pier 33) next door.



Shopping, dining, walk-in-doctor office, arcade, mini-golf, entertainment, grocery stores, nightlife, etc are all located nearby. Pier 33 general store is located just feet away and has everything you need for those last-minute items. The Hangout is located less than a mile away.
