Amazing Views of the Gulf!

Spacious condo located directly on the beach. One bedroom one bath ultra clean!! Amazing view of the Gulf ! Guests can kick back and enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulf from private balconies without ever leaving your Condo.

We enjoy Gulf-front outdoor pool for swimming or sunbathing as well as a small shallow pool for the kiddos. There is also a grilling area for guests to use and enjoy.

We are conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, dining, and amusement parks.
Anglers will certainly want to take advantage of the fact that we are located a short distance of the State Park fishing pier, where you can try your hand at catching dinner!

The property was clean, well maintained, and stocked for our stay!! Its proximity to the beach makes it a perfect stay for the beach lovers!! Plenty of beach chairs, mats, and swim toys for the whole family!! Super pleased with our first Vrbo rental ever!!

Perfection!

Amazing view right on the ocean! There’s a lot to do in the area; within walking distance. Condo is just lovely, some things could be updated but we enjoyed so much. Owner had ok communication at the beginning, at check in he was VERY prompt thankfully because there was a slight challenge, then he became uncommunicative at the end of our stay. I’d highly recommend this condo!

Gulf shores condo

Location was good! Asked to check in early but owner did not respond promptly so I ended up checking in at 4 ish. Code did not work at check in, but owner responded right away on this one. Condo was nice enough. Air worked. Bed was not good, seemed cheap. Toilet seemed wobbly and leaked at times. Ice maker did not work. No extra light bulbs and some lights were out. Communication could be better with owner. Overall the condo was good. Did not like having to pay to park. This should be absorbed by the owner. I would probably stay again due to only minor issues.

No communication with owner as they did not reply to email text or phone calls Couldn’t take shower drain in op no maintenance available No extra security lock on door Damaged towel rack and chair on patio I followed all ck out rules and have not rec’ my deposit back.

This unit is excellent. The view of the beach is perfect. The a/c is efficient and effective. Bring k-cups or use your own ground coffee with either of two coffee makers. There are coffee filters in the cabinet. There are some beach chairs and gear in the closet, and extra pillows/blanket.A past review mentioned slow drainage of a bathroom drain, but on our two visits the plumbing was 100% good and the shower is high pressure comfort.Your hosts are attentive and responsive. WiFi code is available at the parking pass desk.If you are a couple and of large build then you may find the bed a bit of a squeeze, I think it is queen size. If you crash on the couch close the blackout curtains - people flash bright LED lights on the beach at all hours.We rented this unit on two trips to the beach in May of 2025.Tips: sign up for parking online ahead of time; there may be a check in line but the folks are friendly and efficient. The staff is watchful for both parking violations and rules such as hanging stuff on the porch rails and they keep the property clean and orderly. There is an ice vending machine. The pools are well maintained.Walk to good food such as Bahama Bob’s a block down or the Italian beach bar across the street.We will rent this unit again if we only need one bedroom and we recommend it to you.

Disappointed Outdated and CLOGGED

Place was very out dated, furniture was horrid and the plumbing was dreadfully clogged. The bed was terrible just a step up from blow-up mattress and the bedding was the same quality as in cheap and paper thin. The couch sounded like it was about to fall apart every time you sat on it. The bathroom was a nightmare. Everything was clogged. Nothing drained. You stood in inches of water to shower. The sink wouldn’t drain just brushing your teeth. The location was the only thing good, otherwise it was a massive let down. Pictures are hugely deceiving. Size was good for a couple but very disappointed overall. The 2 stars is for location and beach access.

Slight disappointment

Location is good and it was clean, however, the original listing said two bathrooms which is a must with 4 ladies, but it was only one. When I contacted the owner via message, the online listing changed but I never received any feedback. Second, you have to pay to park which I’ve never done when I’ve stayed in any location and then you aren’t guaranteed a spot! If the lot fills up you have to find parking elsewhere even though YOU PAID FOR A SPOT! Next, there is no WiFi even though it says there is which is hard with TEENS. Lastly, we knew we would be using the pullout couch, but it needs replacing horribly. You will be sleeping on springs. If you’re looking for a place for two, I say this is good, but for more than two people I warn against it.

Inaccurate listing

Listing says that the condo comes with 2 bathrooms, but there was only 1 bathroom. Also had in the information for the condo there was parking availability for up to 2 cars, but we were only allowed to park 1. Additionally the listing said that we would have access to wifi, and both the listing and owner noted that there would be extra linens, however neither were available for our stay. Listing also says the condo sleeps 6, but management noted we should have only have had 4-5 people in the condo. Lastly, after contacting the property manager about the incorrect information, I have not received a message back. Only putting 2 stars because the location is good and condo was clean, but the misinformation was a big factor in the low rating.

Great location but some issues

I’ll start with the good! The view from this condo is great and the location is also great! The condo is nice just very small. I can’t imagine having more than 2 people in this condo. The issues.. online it says this is a 2 bath condo, it is not. It also says checkin is at 3:00 but then my confirmation email says 4:00. I messaged the owner at 3:00 and 4:00 then finally received the checkin in around 4:20. This was frustrating because we had been in the beach a few hours and wasn’t able to find a restroom anywhere on the property (checked the lobby and pool area) so we were wanting in the room on time. Also when booking it didn’t mention that you have to buy a $25 parking pass. We bought it and parked in the spots that appeared to be for the condo but got a warning ticket that we were in the wrong lot. We had a few issues in the room such as no toilet paper at all at check in, the iron was broken in the bottom, the fan/light in the bedroom didn’t work, and as we tried to turn on the dishwasher when leaving it didn’t work. We still had a good trip and I did send these items to the owner hoping they will be fixed for the next renter.

Great condo

Condo was just as described. Right on the beach and easy access to and from the beach. Only downfall is being by the elevator. It’s nice when wanting to leave quickly, but not when people are up and running down the hall at 6 am and loud right outside bedroom window. Wifi does not work. But overall it was everything we needed. Nice and clean and near all the restaurants and shops. Would def stay here again.
