2 BEDROOM 2 BATH DIRECT GULF VIEW CONDO - SLEEPS 6

WELCOME TO ISLAND WINDS WEST #373. Thank you for taking your time to take a look around!!

New leather living area furniture added on 3/28/23. The sofa has a queen size memory gel mattress. Also, added on 3/25/23 were new King and Queen mattresses.

We strive very hard to keep this unit upgraded. We change out the living area furniture and mattresses every three to four years.
The property has hurricane proof floor to ceiling windows! This makes for a spectacular view and is great for dolphin watching!!

Our mission statement is simple... To provide a home away from home experience for each guest that is fun, safe, clean and affordable. We strive hard to meet your expectations of this mission statement.

The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living area has a queen size sofa sleeper that offers a memory gel mattress. There is, also, a loveseat available with extra seating and a 50" flat screen TV to watch all of your favorite movies and sports. The inviting front bedroom offers a queen sleigh bed with a new mattress and box spring. The front bath has been updated to include granite countertops as well. The master bedroom has stunning views of the gulf offering a new king size panel bed with a new mattress and box spring and a flat screen TV wall mounted at the foot of the bed. The master bath was updated to include a tile shower with a glass door. It, also, has granite countertops. Let the gulf winds blow as you relax and sit at the high top table and chairs located on the balcony where you mostly likely will see dolphins feeding and frolicking up and down the beach.

This condo is conveniently located on the 3rd floor of Island Winds West with a SPECTACULAR, DIRECT view of the Gulf of Mexico. There are two elevators at this property making it convenient to get all of your belongings to the beach a breeze!! If you prefer, you may sit and relax by the pool. There is a covered area by the pool if you wish to read a book or two. The smaller children can splash in the kiddie pool. There is a fitness room located on the 1st floor. Island Winds West is in the heart of Gulf Shores offering many amenities including close proximity to many restaurants that will soon become some of your favorites. Just to name a few, there is, The Hangout, Bahama Bob's, Desoto's Seafood Kitchen, and Billy's By The Beach.

We are certain that you will find adventure, fun and relaxation while visiting Gulf Shores, Alabama. There are many, many things to see and do in Gulf Shores. Some of these activities include:

Awesome place

The location of this place is amazing it’s so close to everything you need. Owners of this property are super super nice, they went above and beyond for any of my property needs. Everyone in the building super friendly and very helpful. You have the best of both worlds beach or pool. I would rate this property 100% some!!!! So nice and clean highly recommend

Nice condo and comfortable beds! Beach is a few steps away. There are a few nice places to eat within walking distance. Beautiful white sand and ocean are so relaxing!

Clean and Comfortable but Needs Repaits

The condo is clean, and the beds are comfortable. Repairs are needed so that the plumbing will not make random loud noises that will wake you up. Lack of sleep was a problem with this unit.

Gulf Shores Trip

This was our second stay at Island Winds West. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and clean! Our hosts were very friendly and easy to get in touch with. You can’t beat the balcony view of the ocean. We will be back!

Best night's sleep in years

This unit was terrific! It had beach toys, an ocean view, new furniture, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The mattresses were the most comfortable I think I've ever slept on! And the bedding was wonderful, too. Fabulous unit for a family.

Overall, great stay! Property manager was very responsive. Although this has nothing to do with the actual property, we were disappointed to smell marijuana multiple times. Very nice condo with a great view! Elevators were nice. Short walk to the beach with my two littles. My littles enjoyed the 1 foot kiddie pool, as well.

Happy Anniversary!

My husband and I celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary and stayed in this lovely condo. It was just as pictured on the website and it was super clean and well decorated. We hope we can get this same condo next year. Oh, yah the owners were very quick to respond to my questions and any concerns.
