Welcome to Island Royale 801 in beautiful Gulf Shores. This direct Gulf-front corner unit is located on the 8th floor and features beautiful dรฉcor and furnishings. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure guests have a great experience. We inspect frequently and enjoy adding the little touches that make the condo warm and inviting.

We came for Thanksgiving break and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We went to beach everyday and the girls loved the surf boards. It was a great stay I can not say enough about the property!

We had an amazing time at this condo. It was so close to everything and not too crowded. The corner unit was great bc the patio was big enough to comfortably accommodate 5 ppl at one time. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Comfortable 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo. It had everything needed for our extended stay. A big thank you to Jason & Sonya. They were great hosts making sure we had everything we needed. Watching the dolphins from the balcony was one of our favorite things to do. Would definitely stay here again

Great Location

It's far enough away from the busy public beach area to be a laid back location. But yet it's close enough to take a short drive or a nice walk to great places to eat. The larger corner balcony is very nice. Jason & Sonya gave us restaurant suggestions (eating is a big part of vacation!) and were quick to respond when I needed to contact them. I'd highly recommend the Island Royale!

Perfect beach retreat

Lovely Condo!

We had a great time on our annual Gulf Shores weekend. The condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Check in and check out instructions were clear and provided well in advance of the stay. Host is friendly and communicative. p.s. the primary bedroom in this unit probably has the most comfortable mattress of any vacation rental Iโ€™ve ever stayed in!

It was perfect. We took my parents to celebrate my fathers 86th birthday. The unit was clean, roomy, and had all the amenities. The hosts could not have been more lovely. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins perform for us! The location was perfect. Shell collecting was optimal and we will definitely go back to this unit again and again!!!

Amazing!!

The condo was amazing. Perfect location right on the ocean. Also the pool was warm and relaxing. We were blessed with amazing weather so having the deck doors open to the living room plus master bedroom was perfect. All the rooms fit our needs perfectly. The beds felt like home, they were so comfortable. When we did close the doors it was so quiet. U could not hear any outside noise. We felt safe on the beach. Lots to do around the area. Will definitely be back.

Perfect family vacation location for 6 adults and 2 small children

Beautiful condo right on the beach. We took our family of 8 (two grown kids w/spouses and one child each) and this place worked out perfectly. The bedrooms were big enough to accommodate a playpen for the little ones. Easy walk down to the beach and the sand is beautiful. When we left for meals or other errands, there was always plenty of parking and traffic was a breeze. We enjoyed our time at the pool as well. It gets both sun and shade at different times of the day and has a kiddie area as well. We loved the view from the balcony and were able to see dolphins in the morning. Jason, the host, was great about communicating with us regarding check-in and check-out and his wife provided great suggestions for restaurants and activities. We had a great time and will most likely visit again.

Amazing!!

My family and I booked a last minute fall break trip to Gulf Shores. Our condo was amazing! The location to everything was perfect. All shops, restaurants and attractions were close by. The pool and beach access were wonderful. My kids loved going from the beach to the heated pool. The view from the balcony was amazing and we saw dolphins almost every morning swimming super close to the shoreline. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfortable. Having our own washer and dryer in the unit was the best and super convenient. Communication between owner was excellent. Favorite restaurants were the Hangout and LuLuโ€™s. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying at this location during your next visit to Gulf Shores. We canโ€™t wait to visit again soon!
