5 Star Beach Penthouse - Best value Top Floor!!

  • If you want privacy, the perfect beach vacation awaits you at this condo! Truly the ultimate choice in beach accommodations, as it is the ONLY penthouse condo that occupies the entire top floor (6th) of Seawind`s exclusive Private Residences building. A private elevator services each floor of the building; no delays in getting to and from the beach. And, the private, oversized balcony gives you a steps away, close-up, view of the gulf!!

    This beautifully decorated three bedroom/three bath unit has a total of 1600 sq. ft with ceramic tile throughout! The master features a king bed, the second and third bedrooms have queen beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps 8 total. At the end of the day, enjoy TV/DVD on the large flat panel TV in the living room or any of the bedrooms, or watch the moonlight from your private balcony (accessible through 3 sets of sliding doors off the living room, dining room and master bedroom).

    Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances you will need, and a full-sized laundry. We know you want to get away from it all, but it`s also nice to be able to stay in touch, so this condo includes HIGH SPEED WI-FI Internet.

    Games for the family`s enjoyment! Indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, children`s pool, our state-of-the-art fitness center, and of course, every bit of TOES-IN-THE-SAND fabulousness!! Volleyball is available along with access to parasailing and jet ski rentals on site.

We enjoyed our stay in the Penthouse. It was nice to be on the beach and be able to walk to dinner and shopping. This is a great setup for family or friends. It has a nice big porch overlooking the ocean.

This was definitely one of the best properties we have stayed at in Gulf Shores! Everything was beautiful, from the panoramic views of the beach to the condo decor. The location was within walking distance to everything in the area. The owners were great with communication and fixed our very minor issue within the hour! Overall 10/10! Would love to stay again!

We absolutely loved this unit. The huge balcony was a plus and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved there was a selection of books to borrow. Only suggestions- there was one beach chair and it was for a toddler. The 2 loungers on the balcony have seen better days. Other than that, we absolutely loved staying here and everyone was sad to leave.

Great place for our girls trip

This condo is very nice - large and tastefully decorated. I wasn't sure how I'd like being so close to the restaurant next door but we ended up eating there twice during our stay! Like others have mentioned we did have the sewage smell when we checked in and a couple of other times but it wasn't distracting for most the stay. I'm not sure if the cleaning folks do a thorough enough job... definitely noticed dust build up on things like the ceiling fans and it looked like more than a few dust bunnies were living under my bed. But the beach and view were great, the condo well equipped, the pool is small but both the big pool and splash pad areas were refreshing when you needed them. The pool areas are shared with the bigger building next door so I could imagine they get packed at times but we went late season. We'd definitely consider coming back and staying here again!

Loved this condo layout - much more space for eating and playing games because it has a full dining table with dining area. Kids loved both pools. Condo had some maintenance issues that needed addressing, but overall was a great stay.
