4th FLOOR Hotel Suite ~ FULL KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM!

Located in the popular East Beach area of Gulf Shores this one bedroom one and a half bath suite offers you fantastic views from your gulf front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck. This suite offers you a full size kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a king size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional ½ bath. This room is located on the east corner of the building offering you a sweeping view of the area.

One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

My family and I enjoyed our trip here. Condo was perfect! Very clean, had everything we needed. A huge perk for us was that the condos location was in walking distance to restaurants, shops and a dollar general. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

Girl weekend getaway at the beach was so refreshing. The condo is right on the beach so we could also enjoy the sound of the ocean on the balcony at night. Everything we needed was there so we stayed in one night and relaxed. The location is great and convenient to anything you need. So many things to do and food options within walking distance. Great place!

Great location for sitting on the balcony listening to the surf & watching sunrise/sunset. I could hear the elevator but it didn’t disturb our sleep. My only suggestion to the owner would be to update the mattress. It wasn’t horrible but it is starting to dip & sag leaving our older selves a little stiff. I loved being able to walk to the beach, nightlife & restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location/view

Could not possibly beat the view from the balcony. Property was clean (by beach standards), even if some appliances were a bit outdated. Only downside was our room was right next to the elevator and walls are very thin -- and the other elevator was broken down, so we got lots and lots of foot traffic. Polite staff. Would stay here again.

Last minute trip. We picked this place because it was so convenient being close to the hangout and other restaurants. It is pretty loud at night being next to the hangout but it didn’t bother us. Just giving you a heads up. We enjoyed it!!
