The house was perfect and you absolutely cannot beat the deck. Sounds weird to say because you have the beautiful beach right there also, but that deck took the cake for us. Our family spent every morning and night on the deck - even though it was hot as heck, the covered deck and cool breeze was hard to beat. The rest of the house was really nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
This house was amazing for us! The porch that overlooked the beach was big enough for me, my dogs and friends to move around. The gate was perfect to keep the dogs on the porch while I was in the house or enjoying the sun on the porch.
Plenty of room in kitchen for cooking/serving many. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and a great size.
The guest we had seemed comfortable as well.
Our first trip to Fort Morgan, Alabama was wonderfully relaxing thanks to this beautiful house right on the beach. Beautiful updated decor and a great covered deck to sit and watch the dolphins right off shore! The sunsets were amazing!
Great location with perfect deck for visiting. Master bedroom was one of the best we have ever stayed in at Ft Morgan Kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend for small family get togethers.
Our family had an amazing time. The deck is amazing for everyone, if you want sun the front part of the deck is best if you want to stay in the shade the back part it really made it nice for our family. The house was perfect for us, it really has everything you need. Watching the sunset and sunrise was amazing. We were definitely rent this home again.

On the beach
This is a lovely home with a great deck right on the beach. The play area under the deck is awesome if you have kids! The bay windows gave a great view of the ocean. I will say that we did have trouble with the air conditioning in the back section that has the 2 bedrooms with bunk beds. They were great about coming and fixing it but it never really cools off. We were fortunate it got down one night to 72. The picture don’t really show how close you are to the other houses as they are really close but the porch was build for privacy so it was not bad. Overall we loved this home as it was away from town and very peaceful and beautiful!!!! God renewed my soul. We would rent it again .
We did not have a working refrigerator for the first four out of seven days. Our food for 12 including an infant on milk had to be stored in coolers. The property manager assured us he would compensate and make things right. He has never returned any of my calls and has not compensated us.
The house and property were amazing. Very comfortable and great location on the peninsula. However, we had issues 3 different times with the door lock. 1st time was at initial entry attempt. Was locked out after returning from an evening trip away from the home. Then could not leave the next day because the lock still didn't work properly. After calling the property manager, then going to the real estate office over 2 hours later to inquire, it took another hour for someone to come out and address the code lock issue. Did I mention that the house directly next door was having reconstruction work done on the house ? And using a gas powered man lift, which they cranked up early each morning ? Regards.
