Gulf Front Condo with sensational views!

  • This 1675 sq ft third floor three bedroom, two bath condominium offers contemporary décor with new vinyl flooring throughout and beautiful views of the Gulf and the West tower pool from the master bedroom, living area, and wrap around balcony.

    Fully appointed kitchen includes breakfast area, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9 foot ceilings throughout, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

    Master Bedroom: King size bed, Flat screen TV/DVD
    Second Bedroom: Queen size bed, Flat screen TV
    Third Bedroom: Two twin beds, Flat screen TV/DVD
    Living Room: Flat screen TV/DVD

    Restrictions: No Smoking, No Pet, Saturday to Saturday only Memorial Day to Labor Day, Monthly Rentals Available
