**** Parking Fee Update****
If you book after 1/1/26, the parking fee will be paid upon arrival. The fee is $40 per vehicle. You can have a max of two vehicles. **Note** If you booked prior to 1/1/26 and your stay is post 1/1/26, you paid the parking fee during booking. Your pass(es) will be available in the managers office on the first floor.

Wonderful top floor beachside condo located in a low density complex (48 units) and is within walking distance of The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub and Sea N Suds. The master suite has a king size bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed (bathroom located in hallway) and the upstairs loft (separate mini split a/c unit) has one full size and two twin beds and is accessed using a spiral staircase.

Enjoy relaxing on your spacious private balcony and watch the seagulls play!

The beach, swimming pool and barbecue grills are just steps away from your front door which is also located close to the elevator. You can be on the beach in seconds. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental on the large private beach.

This unit is a non-smoking unit and pets are NOT allowed. Any evidence of pets or smoking will result in forfeiture of rent and/or eviction.

There is a keyless entry keypad. You will be given the code several days prior to arrival. There is a back-up key located on the wall in a seperate lock box. If that key is used, and is not replaced, a replacement fee will be assessed based on what the locksmith charges.

Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am.

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. It had plenty of room for all of us to enjoy a week to soak up the Gulf Shores' sun. The condo had all the amenities of home. We would definitely consider coming back!

Great beach getaway!

We enjoyed a very nice week at this condo! It’s well stocked and spacious. A small ocean view from the balcony was just right and it had a very short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool! Recommend staying here for large groups.

We had a wonderful time here. Had teen grandkids and one younger. Such a convenient location for walking to souvenir shops and restaurants. Right on the beach with a very nice pool.

Great location

There are lots of great things about this condo. Mainly the location. Close to all the attractions. Beds for everyone. Nice patio. Pool! We especially appreciate the elevator and carts! Just a couple hiccups. The internet is not good. Mind you things like keyless entry depends on this. All in all I would stay again.

Our fourth time to GS and second time in Regatta 301C. Condo met our needs perfectly. We loved being able to cook our own meals, and have a place to relax after being in the sun and gulf all day. Highly recommend renting chairs and umbrellas from Ike’s. We had a great time on the dolphin cruise and parasailing. Time to plan Gulf Shores vaca 2026!
