We booked this at the last minute as we were too tired to continue driving. The kind manager made us welcome and gave us coffee and cakes and biscuits for no charge on arrival. We also found out later that she had upgraded us to a better room and gave us a free salami to take with us the next day! Also the next morning at breakfast we meet Harold (not sure of his position at the hotel) who speaks good English as he lived in Australia as a child and likes to keep up with practicing it, so we got...
