"Super unique accommodations in a really cool house in a great part of town with all the rooms totally different and unique and incredible. I stayed in the Naranja room which was on the floor just below the top floor, and the balcony and views were awesome. The AC works great, the bed was comfy and it was a short walk to everything I could want in town. Oh, and breakfast was amazing."

"Un lugar muy bonito, los cuartos son pequeños pero ideales si solo vas a disfrutar de la playa, la señora Miriam y su esposo muy amables te hacen sentir como en casa, bonita alberca y muy limpiecito, recomiendo al 100. 💖"

"Value was fantastic. The area is great as well; total opposite of a tourist-trap. The staff treated me like family and ensured I had a great experience. I would not dream of staying anywhere else if I were to return to Cancun."

"Just missing AC in the common area "

"Todo excelente"

"Wonderful family-run hotel on a lovely Cenote. If you want all-inclusive mass tourism, this is not for you. If you want an authentic Mexican self-catering room or apartment, off the beaten track, this is perfect. "

"Very good host very acomodating 👌"

"Had a great experience here! Quiet, well maintained, and the staff is very friendly."

"Excellent place too spend some days"

"Second time here and just like last time we loved it."

"The place its very clean and the staff very gentle. The rooms are very nice and the pool its perfect."

"Everything was really pleasant,..the only thing I have to mention is that for some reason,.there are a lot of mosquitos inside the rooms,..but other than that, everything was really nice....comfortable beds by the way!.."

"Location is great, staff was great. I wish there was coffee/tea provided (coffee maker but no coffee) and the exercise room is not very good, and that was a big reason I chose this room was for an available exercise room."
