I was especially impressed with the housekeeping staff—their attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness were remarkable. I also greatly appreciated how quickly and professionally your staff responded when I experienced an issue with one of the bathroom lights. The team was attentive and made sure my needs were accommodated promptly, which speaks highly of the level of service at your property. "We come here every year with the grandbabies as an end of summer trip! They love it. Never any complaints when we stay. The only issue this time was that the front desk didn't have extra pillows or blankets; the blankets and pillows were thin and flat, and we just needed a few extra, but we made it through the night."

"The staff wasn’t really nice and the rooms was was not clean like that. It was a bad spread, but overall I have fun at the casino the club that was inside the bar. It was nice. We had a really good time me and my husband and our friend was really nice."

"Mi habitación estaba limpia ,incluyendo sábanas y toallas ,es un hotel viejo y poco atendido en su exterior principalmente, merece una pintura ,más mantenimiento en las escaleras y preocuparse por los sistemas contra incendio q no existen ,están las estaciones vacias y la del ultimo piso sin cristal ,,por lo demás nada q decir ,repito ,mi habitación estaba bien para el tipo de hotel q es."
