"We were very disappointed with our stay. The first room we were given was in terrible condition — the toilet was leaking, there was hair in the bathroom, the tub was clogged, and the room felt empty, missing basic items like a lamp and luggage stand. It also had a bad smell. When we went downstairs the next morning to complain, the staff member was rude and unhelpful. She even tried to charge us extra and gave different answers about when the manager would be available (telling one guest 9 AM and us 1 PM). Several other customers were also complaining at the same time. We asked to be moved and were given a room facing the ocean. This room smelled much better, had more amenities, and was more comfortable overall. However, it still wasn’t complete — the closet rod was missing. After a 9-hour drive for a convention, this was not what we expected. The convention itself went well, but the hotel experience was frustrating from start to finish. We will not be staying here again."
